They…read morepainted the outside of our house and our ADU two weeks ago, and were so impressed with Erick and his assistant Jessica, and especially Raul, head of the painting crew, that we had them paint the inside of our house. We had lots of framed art and photos on the walls which I really didn't want to put up again. Erick and Jessica said, no problem. Raul took a video and used that to put the stuff back on the wall. Throughout both jobs both Erick and Jessica came by frequently to check on things and make sure we were happy. Jessica was especially helpful with choosing the paint colors. They have a special relationship with Sherwin Williams, and once we narrowed down our choices, the SW rep Santiago came by to consult, then used AI to show the outside of our home with those colors. Santiago got us paint samples to apply, and Jessica ca,e by to put it up. A terrific company. After they left, we found a window that wouldn't open. We called Erick, and Raul came by the same day to fix it. Considerate, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I heartily recommend them!

It wasn't a small job and it had significant challenges.  Much of the siding dated back to 1960---thick layers of bubbling and peeling paint due to the failure of 57-year-old primer.  In addition, there were spots that hadn't been sealed for years which resulted in rotting wood.   To top it off, there was mildew because the prior owners had used a sub-par grade paint. This company by far exceeded my expectations on the prep work.  I'm very demanding, but even where I would have been satisfied with the extent of the prep work they weren't. All mildew wasn't just pressure cleaned, but killed with the right carefully controlled chemicals. The crew spent days ensuring that all surfaces were fully clean and stripped down before any paint touched the house.   The paint was similarly properly applied.  I have overlapping horizontal siding, so right up front in the bid they told me that it needed to be double rolled on top of the spraying.  This ensures the bottom edge of the siding is well sealed and doesn't wick up moisture.  Again, no cutting corners.   The result is crisp.  Super crisp.  Everyone who has come by my house has just stood and stared at it.  I never knew that a paint job could be so interesting!  It's because the work is so well done that it takes years off my house and certainly increased the value---not to mention the enhanced protection.
