This team is not just for disasters, but also for heavy duty cleaning. They worked with our schedule to accommodate our needs. Every employee was kind, courteous, hard-working and thoughtful. They did a really amazing job under challenging conditions. The estimate was accurate and we knew what we would be paying. They had several other jobs to complete for other customers, so it was a good thing that we had scheduled our time in advance. The original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a family emergency on his end, which I completely understood. He even offered a refund at that time, but we chose to reschedule. Our new appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. on 3/9/2026. He didn't arrive until 7:16 p.m. When he finally got here, he looked at our furnace and pointed out mold. He said he could clean it but that it might cause more issues. Then he told us we needed to replace ALL of our ductwork and quoted $8,400. That immediately raised concerns, so we had two reputable HVAC companies come out for second opinions. Both said our ductwork was in great condition. They found the real issue was a refrigerant (Freon) leak--our A/C unit is 25 years old and was leaking at 42%. That explained the problem. They also said that even if ductwork repairs were needed, it would not cost anywhere near what we were quoted. We decided to move forward with a new A/C unit through another company, which also included a free air purifier and duct cleaning. I requested a refund of our deposit and even offered to let him keep $150 for his time and gas. Since then, I have received no response and have been completely ghosted. Please be very cautious. He is very convincing, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work.

Close inspection was done and followed up by one of their trusted advisors whom we've come to know over the years. Our new system was installed the very next day. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat. We've been using Mr. Quik for about 8yrs now and have been completely satisfied with the service, preventative maintenance and sales when it's been warranted.

First off the sized our furnace too big for our home. They sold us a unit to cool and heat 3000sq feet, and our home is half that size. September was when I started ill with headaches and respiratory issues. I needed a lung biopsy. Biopsy showed no bacterial of fungal infection. Doctor said it was air contaminates causing my breathing problems. That was October. Christmas rolls around and I'm still ill. April we call someone to look at our water heater he informed me their is a gas leak in the basement coming from he HVAC system. I called Mister Quick immediately, Nick informed me that when the HVAC system was installed it was installed improperly. It was leaking gas in 4 different locations from the gas pipe to the furnace. He spent 3 hours repairing the installers mess ups. I immediately started feeling better. The facial swelling and headache went away. 9 days free from a gas leak in my home and I'm feeling much better. My husband said our home could have blown up and that's also what the gas company told me when I reported Mister Quick. I live in Brown County and from now on when we get anything new added to our home we are going with a local company that has our best interest in mind.

It was humorous that he told us he got a toy out of the second bedroom! LOL There was a bit of dust blown around but that's the nature of this kind of cleaning. He was very friendly, proficient and got the job done correctly and quick. I feel so much better knowing that our vents are not completely filled like they were. He also checked our filter and such which was new. The Carpet cleaning was fantastic too! Because the rug hadn't been cleaned in probably 15 years there were some spots that wouldn't come up right away but he left us some enzyme cleaner to help lighten spots as we go! Way to go sears!! I was sure we'd have a red stain on our (year-old) tan carpet. I called Sears and they sent someone out within 2 hours of my call. Clarence was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and attentive! He was able to completely remove the stain and left my carpet looking brand new.
