It was my first time using this service and he made me feel at ease and we actually talked about our families, raising kids, and being in a military family. I live out of state and trusted the company to do the job correctly. When I inspected the property on May 27, 2026, there was still a shocking amount of dog hair embedded in the carpet even after TWO cleanings. I shared photos and was basically told they would do nothing unless I paid again because the 30-day window expired. Yesterday was the third time I have used Zerorez. This experience was similar to past experiences. I like the level of communication and I feel overall the technicians are polite and easy to work with. I was disappointed yesterday though that the technician lost my check. He came back and asked if I would write another which I did. I called the office and explained the situation. I am disappointed the office did not offer to compensate me for the stop payment of the lost check. I've never had anything like this happen before and I am uncomfortable with the situation. I also had at the August special where I was supposed to receive the protectant applied in one room. I failed to ask the technician which room he applied it to and he did not tell me, It makes me wonder if it was applied at all. Confusing Pricing -They DON'T back their work- Damaged Carpet. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! My 3 reasons I don't recommend Zerorez Indianapolis: #1 I called to schedule and was told pet treatment was charged by the gallon of treatment used. The actual technician who did the job said that was wrong and that they charge per sq Ft. My bill was $hundreds higher than expected vs phone expectations. Borderline bait and switch. BAD COMPANY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !! #2. After cleaning in December '23 with pet treatment applied I did not use that room in our house. In Feb'24 I went to use that room again and it smelled as if it had not been cleaned. I called to ask if they could reclean and was told I was beyond their 30 day guarantee and I'd have to pay again. The room has been unoccupied and unused, bathed by sunlight with humidity and temperature maintained by hvac the whole time. BAD COMPANY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !! This was our first time using Zerorez. I have heard their ads on WZPL many times and decided to call. The schedule process was very easy and the person who answered the phone was very polite. The technician who was doing the cleaning called about 20 minutes before he arrived and listened to what we needed. He was very polite and very professional. We had them come out to clean pet stains left behind on the carpet from the last owners as well as our sectional sofa which had a few pet stains as well from our cat. The stains did not come all the way up on the carpet or the sectional the first go around. However, they happily came back the following week to try and get the stains and the odor out. The second attempt made a world of difference. We paid around $300 for 2 rooms, set of stairs and our sectional with no charge for them to come back the 2nd time. As of 5:30 am this morning, after 13 hrs, my carpet was still not dry. And the house smells terrible; extremely musty. Even my dog was sneezing. I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies and it always smells fresh. Makes me wonder if spots in hallway will come up. They looked like they were coming up again this morning (1 day later) and yet when others have cleaned, the "spots" don't reappear till months later. I was told it could be my pad; however, the spots should still clean up. I was impressed on what was pulled out of the carpet; however, too much water was used if carpets were still wet after 13 hours. And why the smell? I shouldn't have to pay extra for a clean smell and I've read plenty of reviews how other's carpet was so fresh smelling afterwards. Very frustrated as I needed my carpets to be cleaned as I'll be down for surgery soon. Update to post yesterday---at home 6:00 pm from work, carpet still damp in a few areas. One spot is in the bedroom and it's wet. And no it's not my dog. The door was closed all day. Had them clean an entire 3200 sq ft condo. The technician stated "the machine isn't a sucking up the water very good, this isn't the truck I usually use". Instead of getting another truck or correcting the problem, my carpets were wet for 3 days. I am sire this isn't good for the carpet. In preparation of our first child, we wanted to get the carpets in our house cleaned. After living in this house for almost four years, the carpets were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. On the recommendation of some co-workers, we scheduled an appointment with Zerorez. The scheduling process was quick and straight forward. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out that Thursday. They call you 24 hours prior to your appointment day to give you an arrival time and the day of, you receive a call from the technician 15-30 minutes prior to arrival. Our technician showed up and was polite and courteous. He described everything he was going to do that afternoon and it only took about 2 hours to do our stairs, 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and a walk in closet. We allowed the carpet to dry for 6 hours before we walked on it. It felt sooo clean! Our carpets look brighter and I can tell that the dust and pet dander is significantly less. Which means I don't have to dust as often!! Score!!! It was a bit pricier that other carpet cleaning places but knowing that we don't have all those chemicals sitting on our floors makes it worth it. We will use Zerorez in the future as they also clean tile and grout, furniture, and any pet stains that we may have. read more

Cleaned but not the grout by the toilet? So did do most of what they said they would but disappointed the grout near the toilet is still stained. Don't think I'll use again. Also, in the 2 phone calls prior to the service and the service call no one ever mentioned the front door had to be kept open for the exhaust hose. This meant we had to quickly put the cats in a safe place where they could not escape which stressed the cats out (and us!) as they are indoor only cats. When your business depends on keeping doors to the outside open you should be warning your customers to secure pets ahead of time. read more
