This place is so amazing anything laser hair removal This has totally changed my life, especially being Hispanic and having very thick hair . Not having to worry about ingrown or discoloration from shaving has definitely improved the texture and appearance of my skin. I was able to get rid of freckled legs due to shaving and right after being prickly. this is cheaper than waxing every six weeks

BEST LASER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I would 10/10 recommend this place. After searching up and down Seattle for a laser clinic that knows what they're doing and won't charge me an arm and leg I did extensive research and found this gem of a place. I had actually given up in Seattle after bad experiences with Ideal image and their unreasonable membership fees charging from 15-20k for painful laser for the smallest areas. I decided to start going to Los Angeles for this and had experiences with Sev Laser but unfortunately couldn't upkeep my appointments since traveling to and from was a hassle. To begin, the salon itself is easy to find and close to my home which is a godsend. It's tucked in the highlands. In a business plaza. The inside is very lavish, glam, modern, and elegant. High end. Very similar to an LA aesthetic. During my appointment check in I did not have to wait. I arrived on time and was greeted by Rina who was friendly she walked me through some consent forms all done electronically through the iPad. They tell you what to avoid pre and post laser session. I was really going to take this laser session as a test to see if I'm going to come back to this place or not just because I'm literally over trying to find someone who knows what they're doing. I was really nervous just because of my past experiences but I had a talk with Rina and she eased over some of my concerns and was patient in being informative of everything and how it will work. (pain wise, hair density and thickness, regrowth, I'm lighter skinned with dark black hair everywhere) asian skin tone with black hair. They have the most modern and up to date machines and equipment, it's all ladies running this clinic but boy oh boy, they really know what they're doing. It's literally painless laser they even have this cooling machine if youre real sensitive. The laser itself does not hurt at all I thought it would but when the ladies told me it's painless I couldn't have been more happier. I got my face and neck lasered and will continue to update as I proceed with my sessions. It was quick too. It feels like water is being blasted on you like small jets of water to describe it. The only thing you might feel is a slight sting after but thats expected with any laser session and is definitely manageable especially with the aloe vera gel Raj placed on top she massaged it in which felt so good after and the cooling machine helped me too. I was told the number of hairs that were lasered which was eye opening. They were very gentle, careful, and checked constantly to make sure I was okay before, during, and after! I was offered refreshments too. The prices are great too I'm getting the 5k full body deal and they offer hydra facials too! I'm posting this review a day after my session and I have to say my skin feels tight, smooth, and I do have a few bumps from the follicle being sealed shut by the laser but they're expected to go away. I'm looking forward to my next session. I also bought one of the candles because it smelled really nice when I went into this place and it's called heaven scent and it smells soooo good. Also they don't have a bathroom in the clinic itself but they have one in the plaza so remember that prior to ur appointment to save time.

I've been working with the clinicians at the Permanent Hair Removal Clinic for over two years and,…read morein that time, they've provided me hundreds of hours of electrolysis treatment. It's taken a long time but I am thrilled with the results we've achieved together. I first learned about this clinic after extensive personal research, collecting recommendations and consulting with other respected electrolysis practitioners around Seattle. The office was a little further away from my home than others but choosing the most-highly-regarded professional around was my biggest deciding factor. (Not having to pay to park in a garage didn't hurt either!) The owner, Laura, was incredibly patient with me. My prior experience with electrolysis had not gone well (having received many hours of ineffective treatment at a different practitioner in Seattle, before I knew what to avoid) leaving me in a very skeptical and questioning position during my first visits. We talked at length about the differentiators between her practice and what I had previously experienced, putting me in a much more positive and relieved mindset as we got into my first treatments. I immediately recognized the difference and, after a short time, began seeing real evidence of the permanent hair removal I'd been hoping for. As time went on and we addressed hair in different areas, I was relieved to know that the team had access to a variety of electrolysis equipment and modalities to find just the right balance between treatment effectiveness and manageable discomfort. Getting insurance to cover electrolysis is a real pain, but Laura is a pro. She has been terrific at providing the timely and accurate preauthorization documentation and monthly super-bills I needed to get started, even as my insurance provider changed. Even after my provider arbitrarily began denying claims, Laura had my back with material support and additional documentation that was essential to completing my appeal. Eventually the insurance company relented and started paying out claims. I couldn't have done this without Laura's help. In addition to Laura, I've also had the opportunity to work with 3 other practitioners in the clinic over the last few years. Though each of them maintain their own unique treatment styles and methods, they all share a common commitment to treating clients with the kindness, dignity and care I'd come to expect. They're all lovely human beings and I tremendously appreciate the work they've done for me. And it doesn't hurt that having a deep bench of skilled technicians gives them the flexibility to offer appointments every day, including late nights, weekends and occasional holidays (if you have the time). Seriously, you'd have to be bonkers to go anywhere else.

Possible TMI - Almost every single one of the hairs that I need gone are on my face and neck and are coming out of layers of acne scar tissue. They ITCH even before they surface and I can't help scratching my skin open in certain spots. All those spots are finally starting to heal thanks to Christine! One of the worst patches is on my neck right at the hairline. Not only did it have very thick hairs, but it was crowded with an insane amount of hairs so fine I could barely see them but couldn't keep my hands off them. I noticed an improvement right away, and at a faster clip than with other practitioners. She is *extremely* thorough and the process is taking less treatments than I'd anticipated. Full disclosure*: She spends more time than most on each hair and really searches for the follicle, which means a slightly above average pain level. But it's really effective and **a lot** less pain in the long run (not to mention cost effective). *This could be just me since my tissue is so scarred. I also really appreciate how she can fit me into her schedule.

I still came back for three more sessions because I loved the results and plan to keep up with routine maintenance, especially since I deal with frequent hormonal breakouts and acne marks. (They offer a discounted package of three, along with pre and post-pico facial options.) After each session, healing took about 5-6 days with steady improvement. My skin texture and fine lines have significantly improved, pigmentation has completely faded, and I've even noticed fewer hormonal breakouts, which was such a nice bonus. Finding a doctor who truly listens, is meticulous, and understands both the skin and the machine is rare. It also gave me peace of mind knowing the clinic uses authentic PicoSure Pro equipment, as not all places do. Truly a worthwhile investment with a doctor I trust!

The manager replied at the time, acknowledging the issue and saying they were "fine-tuning appointment durations" and making adjustments. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to try again this year. To be clear, the front desk staff and nurses have always been friendly and professional--no complaints there. During this most recent visit, they explained their internet was down, so I tried to be understanding. My appointment was at 11:50, but I wasn't called back until about 20 minutes later. After a brief conversation with the nurse, I changed into my gown and then waited another 15 minutes before the doctor (Andrea Jones) came in. She didn't apologize for the delay--just said, "Hi, thanks for your patience, welcome back." After waiting roughly 40 minutes past my appointment time, I expected a bit more acknowledgment, but I let it go. This was an annual skin exam. Dr. Jones asked about a mole on my cheek that had been bothering me last year, so I explained that I had it removed by another dermatologist a few months after my last appointment with her. I told her the area didn't completely smooth out after being shaved off, but that I wasn't eager to go through another cutting-and-healing process unless there was a less invasive option, like laser. She confirmed there wasn't, and said punching it out might be the best option. Somewhere in the conversation, things seemed to get lost in translation. I said I was tired of dealing with it, and she took that as me agreeing to another procedure. She then told me it would cost $750 since it was cosmetic. I was confused because I never said I wanted a procedure done. After we cleared that up, she responded: "Oh, then why are we even talking about this? We're just wasting our time talking about something you're not interested in treating." Like, I'm sorry--I'M wasting YOUR time?? Talk about RUDE. She had asked about my cheek, and I was simply answering her question. I never said I wasn't interested in improving it--only that I didn't want another surgical cut. That is not an appropriate way to speak to a patient. We continued with the skin exam. She mentioned my scalp looked irritated, so I explained the recent issues I'd had (acne flare-ups, scalp psoriasis, etc.). She listened, but showed no empathy for the stress or frustration I'd been dealing with. Her only response was, "Well, we can do a patch test," which felt more like another upsell than genuine care. Overall, she showed zero concern, and it felt like she was eager to end the appointment once she realized I wasn't planning to spend extra money on treatments or tests. Basically a 50 minute appointment for 5 minutes of the actual "Doctor's time". I gave this place a second chance after my poor experience last year, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, today's visit confirmed the opposite. I will absolutely not be returning. Not now, not ever.

The reception team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the guided introduction at the beginning--it made it easy to understand all the different amenities and made us feel welcome. The salt room was incredibly relaxing, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. I also have to mention the snowballs after the sauna--they were such a fun and refreshing touch! The complimentary tea, water, and other drinks were always available and added to the overall experience. Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and such a peaceful atmosphere. I'd come here roughly three times before deciding to host a Galentine's Day celebration, via private booking. The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.
