When I wanted my nail shape changed or felt the polish needed a little touch up, they fixed it right away, no questions asked, and even apologized. My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. (The photo here is before they finished and cleaned her hand up). Reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder how many people communicated their concerns during the appointment. In my experience, if you speak up, they genuinely want to make it right. They can't fix something if they don't know you're unhappy with something. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was a hot day outside, but the inside felt cool and comfortable the entire time. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this team stood out. They listened, cared about the outcome, and made sure we left happy. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reasonably priced salon experience.

HE was the reason that I am amending my review, and I'm sorry that his business may be negatively affected by the manager representing his company. I have been happy with my waxes, so I will return. As it turns out, covid staffing issues mixed with a generic nationwide ad created an issue with getting answers, which is all I wanted. I always feel that while mistakes are made, it's how they are handled that show a businesses true colors. I bought a couple of wax passes for my daughter and I. I had an ad in hand that stated a price, and then was charge $90 more. I noticed before leaving, and the receptionist said that the ads aren't always up to date. I made 12 phone calls over more than a month, was given the run around until I was finally told that they wouldn't honor the advertised price. Beware of the sneaky charges at this place! I realize that I should have noticed immediately, but they were running almost an hour behind on our appointment and I was on the phone rescheduling an appointment that I was about to be late to when the finally got around to ringing it up and letting me sign. $90 is a huge discrepancy!
