Always had my brows done by Marvet but took a chance of getting them done by another lady named Beda. She did an amazing job! I asked for a specific service to be done to my eyebrows, she listened, and she showed me half way through to see if I liked them how they are or to take more off instead of assuming to take off more. My mother used to come here whenever she needed her eyebrows clean and we decided not to come here anymore due to the attitude we received from one of the employee. What a disappointment she got offended that one eyebrow was thicker and just was upset and it seemed like she was arguing with one of the other employee and was putting her anger on us. Been coming here for close to 2 yrs and I went in there today and when they handed me the mirror I saw they took off most of my eyebrows that I've been trying to grow/maintain.. then they tried to gaslight me and say they look fine and they just did clean up when I have pictures literally from that morning and my eyebrows were not this thin. I would think they would apologize or something but instead they both ganged up on me and gaslit me. Left crying to my car. Will not be coming back here again. read more

Recently moved to San Jacinto from Long Beach and I had not found a eyebrow threading place since moving. So glad I found this salon. The lady is super friendly and sweet and this is the first time ever that I got my eyebrows done without it hurting. Zero pain and my eyes weren't watery at all. She did an amazing job and finished my eyebrows in like 3 minutes!! My husband was surprised how quickly I was out of there The salon is so clean and modern and smells so good!! When I tell you Ms. Market is humble and knows how to thread any shape, textured eyebrows from Caucasian, all the way to Moorish, a.k.a. African-American people's eyebrows. I am in awe with the work with the cleanliness with the customer service that she offers, and she's in her own studio by herself most of the time she gets you in an out she doesn't rush. I have had Marvet thread my eyebrows at least 6 times and I love her technique and the end result. My problem is with the more mature lady who works there as well. When I walk into the shop I regularly hear people specifically requesting Marvet and not the other lady... for a good reason. The more mature lady causes a lot more pain during the threading and her end product is not good (I've had her the last 2 times). The most recent time I was left with a single row of hairs toward the end of my eyebrows. I feel like I belong in the early 2000's with my pencil thin eyebrows. If you decide to visit this threading shop I highly recommend you request Marvet, IF you do you won't be disappointed. read more

I just move to Hemet I look up eyebrows treading I read the reviews and decided to go experience and I love it.

I waited a while before leaving my review because I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting in my feelings regarding the service. I took my daughter to get her eye brows threaded for her graduation pictures. Full disclosure we are Mexican and are on the harrier side of the spectrum. I want to clarify that I was pleased with the end results, this older lady did a good job at threading the eye brows. However, I was displeased with the customer service, the whole time she kept telling my daughter how hairy she was and making little comments about it, to the point where other customers were laughing at it. I was just so embarrassed and upset at her words there was no professionalism. When it came time to charge me she called someone to ask for prices over the phone on speaker, all the while she was telling the lady over the phone how hairy my daughter was, literally talking shit right in front of us. I will never be coming back to this establishment, I did not appreciate being treated like this and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Update: I woke up this morning seeing a notification on my review then coincidentally saw that my name was in someone else's review. Michelle thank you for mentioning me but your review is completely false. I don't know who this "Sahar" is you're speaking of or this apparent drama that you mentioned, I do however know of the brow studio and I have gotten my eyebrows done there before but they were closed which is why I chose to go to this salon. I honestly wish I had a sibling but unfortunately I'm an only child . This just proves my point about her bad customer service even more because she's using her clients to disregard someone's bad experience. I understand businesses are suffering right now but being mean and bad hygiene will never be forgivable in my books. I was recommended to come to this salon, and it truly was the worst mistake I've made. She made one of my eyebrows round and thin and the other thick and square. It takes forever for my eyebrows to grow back and she ruined them. Not to mention, she was so proud of herself for being open during a pandemic, and not even believing in the pandemic seriousness. Her hygiene and cleanliness were not up to state guidelines. Her kids were running around without masks and coughing Everywhere. I was horrified to see that she didn't even sanitize the seats after I sat on it and she made someone sit on it right away! She also spoke about other so rudely and told me about her personal Life.
