The work was only partially completed, and he then left the jobsite without speaking to anyone. The property was left in unacceptable condition, with epoxy and flakes spilled throughout the work area. We are now having to hire another company to clean up the mess, address the incomplete work, and properly finish the job. The situation has also caused significant inconvenience for our renters. Making matters worse, I made two separate trips specifically because of this job, each involving approximately 13 hours of round-trip driving. After all of the delays, travel, incomplete work, cleanup, and additional expense, I requested a full refund. I gave the contractor an opportunity to resolve this directly. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work, the condition in which the property was left, the missed commitments, and the overall lack of professionalism, this has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience.
