Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top. I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose. I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property. I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position. I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company.

He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work.
