It is NOTATED on my file that I have anxiety at ANY appointment of COURSE my heart rate is high! They also said they didn't have another EKG to compare it to when I had another EKG done at Trinity Medical, so is this staff truly THAT lazy, incompetent and dense that they are unable to make a simple phone call to get those records? Now who knows what I face, let it be known that if this tumor gets any worse, Primary Care will be getting the blame. Truly have shown me how little they actually care about their patients. I was also told I would be getting a call at 11:30AM today (6/5/26) and as of 3:00PM I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING.

However now I'm realizing the benefit of having a doctor who has the time to ask you a bunch of questions and he actually listens to the answer. Getting referrals and scripts was really easy, which is something i used to have trouble with from my previous PD. I'm really so happy with my experience there.

Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!

When she is with your all her focus is on you and the issues at hand. None of that talking to you while running out the door. Secondly, she doesn't over prescribe. And each medication is reviewed for effectiveness and dosage. But mostly l like her bed side manner. Extraordinary! So few doctors these days possess this extremely important part of patient care. I first encountered their office when I had to get a physical for my new job about 9 years ago with Dr. Artim. Being new to the area and on my own insurance for the first time, I needed a doctor. I was able to join with Dr. Becker as a new patient as the office left a good impression. I mainly see Trisha Whistler, the NP for all my checkups, etc and I have also been able to see Dr. Artim when needed. I've actually only seen Dr. Becker once or twice for a call in appointment. I find everyone there super friendly and easy to work with, be it scheduling appointments, checking in/getting info, and the nurses who do the initial visits. It isn't the most modern looking place, but the staff is very well informed. Records on computer, super fast electronic prescription sent to my pharmacy, etc. They have an online portal through their website now too. They have given me good informal referrals for specialty doctors, have kept up on my immunizations, and in general, I feel the practice is just well run. They do not have super extended hours (7:30/9 to 4/5 depending on the day, and alternating Saturday mornings), but I have always been able to get in the same day if I call with a problem that I might need a prescription for (e.g. ear or sinus infection, etc) and they squeeze me in before closing. A nurse always calls back within an hour or so. I have never had to rely on going to an Immediate Care place instead of them, and you don't have to make a general appointment 3 months in advance. I don't get sick much or have any chronic conditions, but for general practitioner need, they totally fit the bill for me. The only slightly poor experience I have had was with Dr. Becker who's bedside manner was a little brusk when I came in with a mysteriously spreading rash on my arm, but I almost always see Trisha and she is excellent. Dr Artim is very nice too. Also, when you call after hours, they can connect you to an answering service if you have a problem and need to speak to a doctor, but there is no general voicemail available if you needed to leave a message about canceling an appointment/needing a refill.

However, the doctors that work in the clinic are very skilled and professional, which is why I continue to use this clinic. The wait time from your scheduled appointment is at least two hours. I have been there for three hours before I was even seen by a doctor. The time to get through on the telephone is also a joke. Wait time at least 20 minutes, and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Office staff does not return phone calls or follow-up with result. The office staff ATTITUDE is consistant with making you feel like a burden on their day. They really need to bring in an office manager that knows how to manage her staff and make sure they are providing the services they are being paid for. Once my current doctor leaves this clinic I am most definately looking for a more professional health enviroment.
