Let's Go: On our way from the beach & heading to an event, the car said the right front tire was low! My friend & I were dressed up & I was wearing my long flowing dress, holding it up a bit, so that I wouldn't touch the ground! She and I looked at each other, looked around the gas station for Full-Service, but didn't see anyone! Cue in Action Hero: I quickly ran in my heels into the convenience store & asked for help! Arnez was so warm and friendly the moment I said hello! He immediately came outside, helped us, and put air in the tire! Then, Arnez went above and beyond and checked all four tires for us, so sweet and thanks again! I tried to tip him, but he wouldn't accept! Overall: Arnez, you rocked and saved the night! We live near by and every time we go to this ARCO location there are broken pumps, broken card…read morereaders, out of receipt paper, printer not working. The pumps are also painfully slow. I have pointed out this consistently sorry state of repair to the staff and they rarely if never do they seem to care. Today the manager was downright rude and truly disinterested. Highly suggest the ARCO a few blocks away at 12332 Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066. They are always in perfect working order, very nice and the pumps work really fast. Worth the few minutes drive for a 100% better experience.
