Came here for an oil change... The clerk was very rude!! I left.. And I'm never coming back or giving them referrals! Smh...

So I call for a oil change for my civic type r and there rate with there stuff is 24.95 or whatever and I have my own filter and oil which I paid like 40 bucks which I do buy my 2017 type r good stuff but I called and the said we charge just for the change 30 with your stuff I just saw there rate for 24.95 and it comes with the change and now he asked for my car model which makes a whole difference he said oh for that car it's 100 so I'm like what I do it my self for no price I rather take that the 100 and I just felt lazy because I work and don't have the energy to change it my self so they rip you off if you bring your own oil and filter bad prices I would change a cars oil the most 15 bucks if I had a lift with there own oil and filter but they want to charge 100 because it's a special car just don't get ripped off read more

One time visit review: Came here on a sunday around noon and it was fairly empty. The guy who helped me out (Art) was super friendly and took my car in. I was overdue for an oil change and it would be around $23 bucks. I went ahead and got the Oil change plus for an extra $10 bucks which added some more features to the service. About 10 minutes later one of the mechanics came in and said I needed a new air filter as he held mine up in the air (disgusting,dirty, and broken) I went ahead and approved the change. I was curios as to why he took it out, what if I would have said no? *shrugs*. After about 15-20 minutes Art came out and rang me up. He mentioned politely that my car would need a few things, and didnt bother pushing the service onto me which I loved (my mechanic was out of town so I would have had to decline anyway). Good service, 10 minute oil change as the name promises and an overall good hassle free experience. They also have a restroom and a vending machine. read more

Says open until 4:00pm on google. I pulled into lot and the technician was working on some motorcycle with some gentlemen who appeared to be friends. I tried to ask if they could service my vehicle and instead of saying anything they closed the bay door in my face. I asked a gentleman in the parking lot who was Waxing his car of they were open or what? He said yes, Walked inside to ask on my behalf. He said well I guess not now sorry. Horrible customer service. Had to go to Redondo where people actually have respect and customer service. Two thumbs down. Owner should be appalled! read more

I went to get my oil changed and I was the first person there than 4 other cars pulled up after me Fernando was the only one working today. And let me tell you how helpful he was!!!! He took me first and was so quick and doing my oil changed and moved three other cars and started draining there oil. By the time I was done he already finished two cars! Quick and knowledgeable about the different needs of all cars. The service is great and the staff are a bunch of friendly dudes, but it does come with a price. My car needs synthetic oil, and I believe it is one of the pricier ones in the area, almost $70. My father and me have gone to this one for years and never needed synthetic oil until we got our new cars, so we're unsure if there are cheaper places in the area. My dad brought me here with my first car back in 2011 and I've brought every car I've owned since then until I noticed new younger guys working and they all of a sudden only accepted cash.. but I used to pay with my card ALL the time. But either way I still came until I got quoted 2 different prices by 2 different employees. The first time it happened i was quoted literally double of what I normal pay here (not the Hispanic gentleman-he's great and honest) but I told the other man I'd come back later (honestly in hopes that I'd get the Hispanic man that charged me the same price-NOT a "special price" but the price it would be for a oil change) and to top it off he said the only reason they're only taking cash right now was because they had no power (I'm guessing he turned the lights off because the fan was on and they were using the power tools lol) then when I did come back the following week a younger guy said "$80.00 and only cash"That was the last time I came to this place which is sad because I had been coming here for years read more

Don't get your brakes at this place. They will rip you off. Only one guy does brakes and he doesn't know what he is doing. I called and he said I needed new rotors as well as my rear brakes. I drove up so he could look and without take my a look he told me I needed to replace my rotors and rear brakes and wanted to charge me $300. I took my car to a better place that only does brakes and they told me not only were my rotors fine but that whoever did my front brakes screwed them up. I had been here for my front brakes 1 month prior and he screwed that up too. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the mistake this place did. read more

I like coming to this place for my oil change. The staff is really nice, they have good prices and work super fast. Today I was helped by Danny which I give five stars, not only was he really busy helping four people by himself but he was fast and super friendly with everyone, took his time to meet each clients expectations. read more

Usually they do a pretty good job but today they were dissapointing. I came here for an oil change which usually takes only 15 mins but in the the process they find that my serpentine belt is bad and needs to be replaced. They said that will take an additional 30 mins. 2 HOUR LATER the guy comes back and saids they couldn't change the belt b/c they couldn't get the parts. Not once during the 2 hours did they say they were having trouble. I asked a couple of times if there was a problem and why it was taking so long they tell me it's almost done. I pay for the oil & air filter change and another guy tells me he'll call me before the day ends to let me know when the parts will be in. Guess what? No call back. Very bad service today. Again, usually they're pretty good but some of the guys need some customer service training. read more

Came home to visit my family and was due for an oil change, so I stopped by. Decent pricing, the employees don't pay much mind to you right away even if they're just standing around. They made good on their 10ish minutes to finish my oil change but the next time i went to get my oil change, my mechanic told me that the people who previously did my oil change (oil express lube express) tightened the valve too tight, probably because they were in a rush to finish in 10 minutes. This specific part costed me $800 to repair and until I paid for it to be fixed, my car leaked oil. Never again. You really get what you pay for. read more

i own a classic car and inquired about a oil change,the tech told me he did not carry the oil filter for my classic car ,however the tech told me that if i got the oil filter for my classic he could change the oil. guess what!!!!!! when i returned to get my oil change another tech told me we do not do oil changes for the classic cars, this is after i purchased the parts for the oil change.
