Come to find out that was way higher than any other place, and because of this, I called the Bursch Travel Agency in Gillette who was way better, more helpful, and got every detail right on my trip before asking for money. I'm happy I went with Gillette's Bursch because everything turned out perfect, and I did not make all the progress just to have it stopped because of money. I called Viator to postpone my tour by a day, ~36 hours prior to my event and got a total run-around from their customer service. They refused to help even though I was well within their policy to make changes. Thank goodness Rich (the tour operator) was able to assist, one phone call and a text took care of the adjustment.
