I called before I came drove an hour to get shipping documents that I verified with Ryan that he…read morehad upon my arrival he informed me they haven't used them for 15 years, which is crap because we've been getting them from UPS up until last year and he was horribly rude, horrible if I could put a zero down, I would horrible I cannot say the word horrible enough rude, rude rude. Ryan is rude. And just a sidenote, I see in other reviews. Ryan took the time to smart off to one of the customers about a bad review. I'm gonna guess that was the only customer that took the time to complain that day because you didn't smile even to a customer that clearly comes in there all the time, a smile and an apology and a thank you, and a please goes a long way with people. I would think someone working in the public would know that. ****just so yah know, those documents Ryan says hasn't been used for 15 years....just got some from UPS!!! Someone needs to learn more about UPS forms I guess!!!
