My first session was disorganized and taken over by a trainee so I didn't get a full workout. My second session was canceled the same day and never rescheduled. Communication was poor throughout. The most frustrating part was how it was handled afterward. My refund or partial credit request was denied based on "policy," without addressing the fact that the services were never delivered. Overall, this felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would be cautious about purchasing training packages here.

This gym feels like family. The coaches actually watch you to make sure you're doing things safely…read moreand getting the most out of every class. They're patient, kind, and never push too hard. They demonstrate and explain each move and explain benefits. They demonstrate alternative ways to execute each move - so perfect when not quite ready for the full move, recovering from Injury, etc. There is so much variety in the workouts too. And the members? Incredibly diverse and so encouraging. It's the most supportive culture I've ever been part of.
