But when she took it to Chase it was accepted with no questions. My account manager at Morgan Stanley just rolled her eyes when I told her what had happened to my friend. How much experience can these two have if they cannot even recognize a legitimate check from a huge financial institution? Or at least have the courtesy to call the bank in question and ease their "fears"? I have been thinking about moving back to Jackson but I now one bank I will stay away from. So sad, so very sad.

I am locked out frequently (like every month which feels unsettling) and have asked multiple times for them to look into this because i cant sign in to mobile banking. I asked for higher up help she said I had to call back Monday. I had to hang up because they were so frustrating. So here I am without a password reset and I have to go in person now to get anything done. Probably going to switch to another bank, TODAY!
