Yovany arrived and checked into the background of our kitchen sink clog issue. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. Pricing was also good and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and also use them again going forward.
