Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. After already paying $1,630 for the repair, I'm disappointed that the installation was left this way. Update: I wanted to further update my review. After I reported that the tub spout wasn't sitting properly against the wall, the original technician came back and fixed it at no additional charge. It only took a few minutes, and everything is now working properly. The tub spout stays secure, and the shower operates as it should. Instead took the lazy way out and made an assumption to just clear the mainline. I paid for this service then was sold on the fact that my sewer line also needed descaling. More fraud! * I found out later that my actual cast iron pipe was only 2 feet. I paid close to $4000 for 2 feet and it wasn't even the actual problem. My home became infested with phorid (drain) flies due to standing sewage in my crawlspace that Roto Rooter missed! *See pictures. I paid hundreds for an exterminator and then thousands more for an independent plumber to fix their mistake. Roto Rooter is a SCAM company. They have poorly trained staff and will take advantage of any home owner. I was left paying for thousands in extra damages, not to mention time and stress. I have evidence that shows Roto-Rooter's negligence and theft of services. DO NOT TRUST THESE "GOOD REVIEWS" THEY ARE PAID FOR AND GENERATED ARTIFICIALLY!

I will break it down. 11/2024 the came and replaced a transformer on a buzzing heating unit of which I paid $150 for them to come and evaluate earlier. No bill was issue and I was asked to call the office. The same day they confirmed this fee would be applied to the invoice via phone. An invoice was never received so I figured there was no bill. The transformer is $100 online. I contracted with them to do further work for roughly $2,300. Bill was paid the same day. 3/2025 they issued a bill for $430 for 15 minutes of work. Ok but they did not remove the $150 evaluation fee they charge to just come out though they said they would. I responded immediately to the email asking why it took so long for them to invoice and to remove the $150 as the office promised. No response was received. 4/2025 they sent me to collections for this bill. The company is unprofessional in their communication and I would not recommend them though they did decent work. All they had to do was email back or call regarding the invoice.

It took approximately 2 months to get a response from someone and another several weeks to get a tech to come and check it out. now the summer is almost gone and I have not been able to cool my one area. To date, my A/C is not fixed and it seems like everyone from the front reception where I leave messages that go unanswered to Chris, to Peter the tech, and Brianna all have mailboxes that are full and I cannot leave messages. This is unacceptable, i have spoken to Chris a few times and when I did, he lead me to believe that he was on the case.
