Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

Everything was reasonably priced and the store was spotless, even the bathrooms. The staff working were very friendly and kind. As I looked around the store, I noticed they had a large variety of snacks and great convenience products for sale, except their craft beer selection, which was average. The staff member was on her phone and said they aren't allowed to pee or poop on shift when I asked her what she uses during her shift. Then she immediately went outside for a cigarette as soon as she rudely told me I couldn't use the restroom. Nasty rude staff shouldn't be allowed to deal with humans.
