I contacted A&B after trying to jump start the vehicle. They arrived within 30 minutes, pulled the Yukon and trailer out of the water, disconnected the trailer, loaded the Yukon on a flatbed and dropped the boat and trailer at our cabin. They towed the Yukon to Jack's Auto in Grand Rapids. I can't overemphasize how prompt and professional the driver and his helper were. This was not an ordinary tow. They had the right modern equipment and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend A&B Towing. You will be happy you used them.

I strongly feel i got taken advantage of. Let alone then trying to charge me 900$ for brakes...I was supposed to get a credit back cause I over paid and he tried to get me to leave it as credit at the shop. Umm no thank you he paid me cash from his pocket and none of this has been resolved. I'm a single mom of 3 kids i have my job along with having to care for my elderly father a good amount of time. My car had 2 issues before the shop had it and I don't believe it just developed these other things for it just sitting there. Josh greeted me when I stopped on my way to work one morning after my check engine light came on. He told me I could have a loaner car when I dropped my vehicle off, which was much appreciated since we live 25 miles out of town. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the following day. The one thing that stands out for me with them seems to be the guy who looked at my car about two summers ago. Our car's check engine light came on and began stuttering while we were in the Target parking lot. If you depressed the gas pedal it would run fine so it seemed to be an issue when the car was idling. We took it here and they gave us possibilities of what could be the issue and said they'd look at it. About 15 minutes later a man comes out holding one of the spark plug wires and let us know that one of the connections has some moisture in it. Stated he would clean up the wire for free and only charge for taking a look at it. This is the only automotive business that I have had a positive experience with since I moved up here in 2003. I hope that when I gave this employee warm praise to his supervisor he was commended for it as this seems to be a very rare trait to find in this town.. Edit: Spelling

In fact, I found a bird's nest on it when I changed it myself. What he did not tell me was that the frame was rusted through under the bed. It collapsed when I was rear ended, resulting in a significant brain injury with lasting effects. My son does not remember pre-TBI daddy. If I had adequate legal representation at the time, I would be 7 figures richer from their insurance policy. The amount, and quality, of intentional misrepresentation committed - not allegedly committed, actually committed and I have the receipts - by this dealership violate Deceptive Trade Practices (Minn. Stat. § 325D.43), the Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act (Minn. Stat. § 325F.69). I reached out to the dealer long ago. They didn't care. I posted a review. They said contact the dealership, so I did. They didn't respond. Show me a dealership not staffed by sociopaths. I'll wait.

Was told mechanics went to lunch.....really you don't finish job before you go so we had to wait! Than came the bill.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE GM EXTENDED WARRANTY. Plus when asked to explain bill the service department manager could not explain why it was what it was....now that's the service department manager mind you! Terrible service!! We will take our business else where and I can assure you we will not be repeat customers to this dealership! So beware and be warned!!
