Thank you Dr. Heather! ! ! FastAid you could have gotten 5 Stars, why I didn't give it was because apparently your sites don't have access to your server on weekends. Checking your insurance only happens Monday to Friday. Not good, I'm paying for a service not knowing if I'm covered. The second reason was that a group your size should have Point of Care lab instruments that are CLIA Waived onsite. PCR results are available within minutes and during an office visit. Check out your competition, I.e. TexasMed Urgent Care. They do, and were able to tell me my insurance wasn't covered by them anymore. I asked can you suggest anyone else, lucky for you they mentioned FastAid. Let's get some POC Confirmatory testing in office and I'll amend my review adding that 5th Star!!

Within an hour, they were sitting together holding hands like best friends. She was so sweet, and being a nurse, she helped me understand it's not me and how to talk and handle someone with dementia from a different point of view. She recommended a memory care unit and assisted me through the transition the next week, all for a price of loving what she does and truly helping people.
