Told them he was a heart patient and that I thought he might be having a stoke! They told us the wait time was 5-7 hours!!! GOSH, it was 1:30pm on a Monday. What were we to do but wait and hope he would not die while waiting. After 2 hours they took him back for an X-ray. After 3 hours they took him back for blood work. Each time they would send him back to the common crowded waiting room where there were lots & lots of sick people waiting, several in wheelchairs. Sad to see so many people of various ages waiting. Also the precautions being put into place at the ER waiting room are NONE, as most sick people were not wearing a mask. I feverish starting texting his cardiologist assistant to see if she could call the ER nurse and speed things up. Finally after 4.5 hours of waiting in the crowded ER waiting room they called my husband's name and moved us back to a room where they ran a few more test on him and told us never to come to the ER on a Monday as Mondays are always busy!!?? Ok, we will try NOT to die on a Monday!!! After waiting 2 more hours as they lost the test results and could NOT find them. They told us everything looked find and to try to see his cardiologist this week!!! Then we had to wait another 1.5 for the ER Doctor to look at the results and release my husband to go home. The whole ordeal was the worst. And yes, we tried to go to the Doctor first but they tell you if you think you are having a stoke go to the ER. Do, what is a person to do??!! This is an ER, so if you have to go you have to go. Pack a lunch, pack your patients, take a fully charged cell phone, and reach out to your Doctor to see if they can speed things up.

This was the first thing we told every staff member we encountered. They then gave him a shot with an anti inflammatory- setting his healing back by two months and rendering the procedure useless. The worst part was that we both asked what was in the shot and we were lied to. It wasn't until he was leaving that we saw the drug name on his paperwork and realized that they went against our request. The nurse also dropped the needle on the floor repeatedly before administering the shot. No one wanted to listen to what his medical emergency was actually about. Gave me same exact pain meds I received from two other eR trips was told to transfer here for better pain management since they have more options. Wait 5 hours later for them to give me same exact meds. So I had been there all day for no reason except another bill to add to my account. She said I was being discharged I requested to talk to case manager, patient advocate, and social worker. I said fine no problem handed me some paper to sign which I've never was ever presented a "ama discharge form at any hospital I have been to so I refused to sign something she lied to the security about. They were more worried about me holding a vape in my hand "they are not allowed on the premises) ughhh per ur signs all over campus is says SMOKING NOT ALLOWED not having smoking products in ur belongings. Threatened to call the cops since the fake cops couldn't do anything DUH. Said we weren't allowed back in the property I said I didn't give a damn because why the hell would we come back to a place that gives no fucks about their patients. Case manager refused to speak with me due to him saying "I've seen enough and the security told me enough information" declined to get any side of my story. All of the staff stayed together to back up lies that I was told by the doctor and other nurses. The nurse is a coward and refuses to come back to speak to me to if I was going to get sent home with any meds worth a fuck but she didn't care and was "too scared" . Hence why we had 6 security come to our door while trying to leave in the first place. Absolutely unreal the lack of compassion and care for patients. Why are these people in the medical industry when they pick and choose who they actually want to help. It's absolutely Disgusting. Thorium is the only heavy metal poison that no one has ever successfully eliminated from the body. So I remove pockets of it by surgery... i.e. cysts, abscesses, etc. A golf ball size cyst formed on my back. Thorium burned it's way out and leaked abundantly down my back in clear fluid. Been there and done this five times already and the pathology labs always came back negative. Bacteria cannot survive in radio active Thorium. My doctor took a blood work sample and sent me to a surgeon at Oak Bend, but the surgeon was retired and replaced by Geanna Lobrano. She refused to operate until I did a 5 day course of antibiotics. Long enough for the wound to heal up and close the Cyst sac inside. I even showed her my ICP-MS lab report showing Thorium toxicity off the chart. With an air of superiority she talked about her medical training and still insisted on the antibiotics. I had to go to an emergency room to get the surgery done. She met us in the lobby ....and took us back ....almost immediately she said "she is not jaundiced- but anemic but tan...its probably TRC ( I think thats what she said) - sometimes little girls get a blood disorder- we give them a transfusion and BAM - back to normal..we do not know why" - then she put her on the table and pressed her abdomen ...."be right back" we are freaking out at the idea our 2nd youngest needs A blood tranfusion.....she came back in and said " Dallas Childrens will be waiting on you- go to the front of the line" ......and I said " for the blood transfusion?" and she took my hands and said " no honey...I think she has leukemia" and the world stopped .....and I said "could you be wrong?" she said " I would love to be wrong " ....she was not .....and had she rescheduled us ? To make her vacation? It could have been the difference between our 23rd Christmas with my baby and not having 5 and every year since having that empty place.....Dr Gina? Is in my prayers EVERY day . My mom needed to have a fistula (surgery 1) placed and she decided to have Tripathy place it since…read morehe had done so great on her bypass a few years earlier... (big mistake) The fistula was placed on her inner upper arm and kept rubbing against clothing and eventually got infected. The fistula also didn't function or mature properly so a graph was placed to help. (surgery 2) After this surgery my mom had a lot of swelling in her arm and hand and had little to no function at all and she was in so much pain. She called his office several times and would get referred to the emergency room every time with no calls back from the Dr. At this time I suggested to my mom to see another surgeon to get another opinion but she liked that Tripathy knew her medical history so she didn't want to see someone new. On to surgery 3, to remove the graph in hopes it would reduce the swelling of the arm and hand and alleviate some of the pain and hope to regain function. A few more weeks go by and the swelling has not gone away and the pain in her arm and hand is worsening, at this point I am questioning this doctors competence... but she wants to continue going to see him. UGH Finally surgery 4 now, to check to see if there is a clot or blockage somewhere and remove it if needed. He asked if the family has concerns or questions and when I voice my concerns he wants to know why I didn't come into his office to ask my questions... Not sure why he asked if we had questions if they were only allowed in his office and why did he ask if we had questions if he didn't want to answer them? He explained the procedure but then followed with the comment "but you wouldn't understand, your not a doctor" WOAH he's right, I am not a doctor, but my husband is in the medical field and if I had questions I would ask him. But for Tripathy to pretend to know my education or comprehension level was an insult. He has very poor bed side manner and when he's asked questions he doesn't like he talks down to you and makes comments like "young people today are so high strung" The good news is my mom finally took my advise and went to get a second opinion. I took her to see Dr Eric Peden, he sent her to therapy for 6 weeks to help strengthen her arm and hand and has placed her fistula in her forearm with no complications so far. My advise to anyone going to see this quack, unless your needing a bypass definitely get a second opinion.

The medical team at Williams Way was super friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in about an hour. When I needed to put up a disc of the Xray at Jackson St for a hand specialist, medical records was impressive and radiology had it ready in ten minutes!
