We were hoping for a good dietary approach, but usually were offered prescription meds instead. In fact, after reviewing records for our last 13 appointments, most of Dr Hogarth's appointments ended in her writing us prescriptions. At one non-sick appointment, we somehow ended up leaving this doctor's office with 2 prescriptions, for a healthy child?! I am incredibly thankful for them and all the staff at Steeplechase Fulshear. They truly care and take the time to listen. I took my son for the first time as a new patient just because we didn't want to drive 15mins to the one we currently go to. They do have a piece on their site talking about vaccines but I thought this was old, outdated... well right off the bat if you don't do the vaccines "mandated" by them or CDC or whatever it is they go by, you will be pretty much kicked out. I left California for this same reason and now I find it here in Texas. Even in CA is not this bad. Nobody should tell you and your family what they put in their body. There was not even an inquiry of why, or if we had an exemption. Our reasoning is very legitimate but it's just robot work for them. If you don't have this, sorry we can't see you. Which is very much fine however they want to run their business, yet enough not for me as a client. I bet will be the same for others. So my first thought is, if they are like with something as simple as a common vaccine, do I want my kid's health to be in the hands of people that work here. As good as they could be. No thanks. I ask you to reconsider before going here. Medical and dental office are so vast on this area they're probably treating each other because of how packed on top of each other their are.

Instead of hiring a professional cleaning company ( as they perform minor surgeries here) they explained that was too expensive. I had to file a complaint with the department of labor for unpaid wages. Still have not received payment for the shift I worked. This office is not professionally cleaned daily.

This doctor has way too many patients. Each time we waited for 30 minutes+ for a general SCHEDULED checkup. One time it was an hour and a half. As a new mom, I was very stressed. The staff there was run by a bunch of amateur young kids who did not know how to run her front desk. They were rude on the phone (see other reviews) and were not trained to speak professionally. They took my child's measurements and then told me to keep her naked because the doctor will be in shortly. She did not come by for another 55 minutes. In the meantime, you can hear her patients with their crying children in all of the rooms waiting too. When she finally arrives, her hair is a mess, she did not know us or my child or even seemed to care. We were another number in her book to bill. That was it. She gave us generic advice. She rushed through and moved onto the next room. She sent us down to have a blood sample taken and then tech at the hospital was also unprofessional, chewing her gum and had to prick both of my daughter's feet because she didn't wipe water off her counter and placed the sample on it... Disgusting and a terrible experience. I came home and immediately started looking for suggestions from other moms. Never again would I ever step into her office nor would I ever recommend this doctor, her office or her care. What a huge disappointment for a new mom! Don't go!

I was seen by Senthil and Lani, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! After hearing about my lingering cough and wheezing, we decided to delay my wellness visit blood work and focus more on identifying the cause of these issues and treating it. They were very thorough in their exams and tests, and did a great job of explaining the medications that they would be prescribing. I left the clinic feeling better than I arrived thanks to the breathing treatment I received, and now have some prescriptions that will help me if a coughing / wheezing fit comes on that keeps me up at night. I have definitely found my new primary care physicians!

She is ALWAYS available via text (really, can you believe that? Evenings, weekends) and will respond to you promptly. For a short period of time, after the birth of my second child, I was using two different pediatricians (wasn't happy with the first, was in search of new Dr ) My kid got sick, I called both doctors as I was desperate to talk to someone asap. His Dr sent me to ER. However, Dr. Burgos, made me follow a treatment and even sent prescription order to the pharmacy. Told me to monitor and go to ER only if he got worse. I still went to ER as I was paranoid due to what his "main" doctor said. After hours of waiting and a huge bill after, the Dr at the hospital ended up doing the same treatment that Dr Burgos advised and sent me home. My son was normal a few days later. I immediately switched doctors after. Recently, I called her due to my son getting COVID , and reached the next day to make sure he was ok. She had the day off, but she still sent her assistant to call me to arrange in case I needed to see someone right away! Our previous pediatrician would send us to the ER for anything other than regular check ups. Literally. Her office staff is friendly, patient and caring. They all look like they get along well and make a good team. I'm beyond happy that I found Dr. Burgos. And I'm happy that I didn't go by the "looks" (previos Dr office was super refined and new installation). I trust her fully with the care of my two boys!

The office is clean and organized and always runs on time. We have recommended Pediatrics of Sugar Land to many of our friends and they too have had wonderful experiences here. My children really enjoy their visits here and always look forward to going because they know they will have fun and get to ask the doctors lots of questions. All around Pediatrics of Sugar Land is a fantastic office and we are so glad we chose them for our children's care!
