The provider that saw me today was dismissive and disappointing. I went in after having a grandmal seizure has at a restaurant and hitting table and the floor. As a result I am suffering with very intense lower back pain traveling down my leg. Provider was dismissive from the start barely spending enough time with me to listen to my lungs. She said X-ray was fine and to take 800 Motrin. Didn't care that I informed her I was taking skelexin and large amounts of Tylenol and ibuprofen. Didn't bother to ask me what happened, look at my back, etc. I have always been a huge supporter and advocate of Premier, but I'm really disappointed in your provider and today's encounter! the doctors are in the room checking me for maybe a total of 5 min, they never fully examine me, i've came here four times now since living here for 3 years, and each time it gets worse. the new receptionist is a joke, she is very disrespectful towards not only me and my family, but as i'm sitting here i've seen her disrespectful behavior towards other patients trying to be seen. i have been waiting for over a hour, and three people who came in after me have been seen before me. i will not be coming back here. read more

Use to be very good. Drs, nurses, service facility were efficient, fast and aggressive in treatment. Has degraded into a Medicaid mill. Facility dingy, wait times long, no Drs on staff. PA on duty suggested cough medicine for fever, cough, congestion. Remember, PA is a Dr minus 4 years of pre-med school, 4 years of medical school, and 3 years of residency. Never be back. Tested for COVID when I told them I tested negative 5 days before. I'll Get charged for unNecessary test. All this and only took them 3 hours to accomplish nothing. I've been here in the past and after my visits, they sent me my bills and I've paid them. Simple. Easy. I have no outstanding balance there. Apparently, if you haven't met your deductible, you now have to pay in full at the time of the visit. They won't send you a bill, and they will not give you a ballpark amount that they think you might have to pay. The receptionist was not helpful at all. I knew I needed some x-rays but they wouldn't tell me how much x-rays cost. Or the cost of the exam. No info. Could be $200 could be $2000. They won't tell you. There are no other businesses that demand immediate payment for services without having the prices listed or at least giving an estimate. If you want payment upfront then be upfront about your prices so patients can make an informed decision. And maybe consider still sending bills to established clients who have a history of paying their bills in full. read more

This place is a joke. The medical care is mediocre they don't know what they are doing. The receptionist (the older blond short hair lady) violates HIPAA and talks about other patients when you check in. She refuses to wear a mask even though several people tested positive for covid. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. The rest of the staff doesn't have very good hygiene. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. read more

I walked in complaining of flu symptoms. Filled out consent and patients information forms. Was called ten minutes later. Got a steroid shot and a couple of Prescriptions for cough & congestion. Got a good night sleep after not sleeping well for four nights straight. Been feeling good!! read more

I absolutely love this place. They are LISTENERS, they hear you. I arrived with excruciating pain in my neck, lymph nodes, eye cavity & face along with a fever. Based on my history, I would have been sent home with possibly a precription that I didn't need. Yep, Ms. P.A. "Rebecca" and my P.A. Assistant, the nurse was also comforting, empathetic and patient. Yep, after swab bing me, got the results in 10 minutes... strep throat was the culprit. Got 2 shots, then a cocktail of prescriptions and went home to bed. Less than 24 hours later, fever has broken, neck and face pain is almost gone and asthma flare up has reversed. How do you get treated for a hand injury and get diagnosed with wrist pain?!! Haha! This place is a joke?!

I had a sinus infection and usually, the DOCTOR would come in and get you a steroid shot and an antibiotic. I went there and the NURSE PRACTIONER had the audacity to give me a prescription for a Zpack and a prescription for Naproxen (Alleve). This place is nothing more than a joke. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You do better going to the emergency room than this place. read more

Brought my mother here to be seen about. The NP would not give her an Rx for the symptoms she had been experiencing up until the point she arrived. Further, the NP & MA told us that they could not send the Rx to the pharmacy of my mothers choosing. She lives in a small town 30 minutes away and finally convinced the guy to give her the medication she needs because it's Christmas Eve and we do not wish to drive back. Complete and total disregard for patient choice. Stay away from this place at all costs. Just go to the ER and waste the extra hour of time to be seen by real medical professionals. Outside of the receptionist, the staff looked very un-kept in appearance. read more

They completely disregarded the staph infection on my head and the pain in my nose. I was concerned that the staph had spread to my nose ( and It had). Told me it was irritation from my glasses and gave me a nasal spray. Refused to listen to me which was very aggravating. Saw my Dr for a follow up and she was appalled at the size of the staph infected abscess in my nose that they "missed" and disregarded, even after I told them the infection kept coming back.
