I rarely use a laundry mat... I loath laundry mats. Rapido Wash Laundromat is close to home tho so I gave them a try earlier in the year when I need to wash comforters. I have since been back more recently to do the same. In and out as quickly as possible. Luckily the staff have been quick, kind, and courteous helping me figure out what I need to do to wash my items. The business seems clean enough, so no complaints. I really was in and out pretty quickly tho. Machines don't take coins. It's all on a prepaid card... at $10 a pop to fill! This is where I have a love/hate feeling about this. Will I go back, probably yes. It's close. And I need to keep my comforters cleaned on a semi-regular basis. read more

Great staff. Clean facility that is very easy to use with plenty of carts. Dollar Tree right next store if you need laundry supplies. Please do not bring your children with you. While the facility itself is very good, the area is not. Police were called for a domestic violence incident once while I was here and the various TV programs on the screens here ARE NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. read more

While this laundry mat is more expensive than others in the area it is 100% worth it. First and foremost - it is immaculate. Secondly, they have a staff member here while they are open and lastly - the machines are new and very clean. No. More. Quarters! They have a card system which you can use instead of dirty disgusting quarters. AND, you can use a credit card to load the laundry card. The only negative - and I am sure it depends when you visit - is they provide laundry service so many of the machines are in use. I highly recommend this place! I have been using EX Wash located in the HEB lot off of Austin Highway and Harry Wurzbach (have submitted a separate review for them). Avoid this place at all costs. read more

The laundromat itself is clean and easy to use. Prices are very fair. I would strongly caution anyone about bringing their children here though, they have several televisions and there is little consideration given to the content they play. While we were there there were multiple movies featuring murder, nudity and swearing (though things were muted, you could read the subtitles). I probably could have asked them to change it but that would have meant changing four tvs which really seems like a hassle for the staff. TLDR: if you are an adult no problem but for those with small children this place is a no go. read more

I was worried that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me. I had 3 king and 2 queen size comforters that I needed washed and back on the same day. I dropped them off around 11 and they were ready at like 2!!! I was so happy they were able to get it done at a reasonable time and good cost! Thank you!! read more

This is the first time I've been here and I was immediately greeted and asked if I need any assistance. Sylvia is very nice and even showed me how everything works. Very clean and safe place. Lots of washers and dryers! If you register your wash card, it even texts you when your load is done! Mind blown Shouldn't this how all laundromats should be? It's been almost a month and a half washing here. First few times I used the machines and tables to do my own laundry and everything was super clean. Staff was very helpful and clear when presented with questions for using the machines and loading the card. For the majority of the time, I've used the drop off option where staff washes and folds the clothes and I pick up them up the same day or next day. It's been amazing. Just amazing. They take super great care of your clothes, fold them super neatly, and even hang any of your nicer clothes and put plastic wrap over. One time I left a debit card in my pants and they were nice enough to call and put it in an envelope for me. Staff is so nice, can't get over it. This is definitely the place to do laundry whether it's yourself or paying extra for the staff to do it (very worth it if you can). read more

Rapido Wash is excellent. The facility is clean and well maintained. I did their wash and fold service and it was very reasonable. Their price was much more reasonable than SpinXpress by $10 for 2 loads of laundry. The lady that was helping me was new but there was a young man helping her and he was very patient. They were both very caring and customer oriented. I will definitely come back again. Laundry was fresh, clean and folded just like I fold it. Polo shirts were all on hangers and everything was bundled well. They were a real lifesaver since I came in at 2 pm and they had my laundry done by 5 pm. I went so late because of a horrible experience with SpinXpress. I cannot say enough positive things about Rapido Wash or the staff they are just so positive. Thank You so much. read more

Let's face it... DOING LAUNDRY SUCKS! But if you HAVE to use a laundromat, use RAPIDO WASH This is the best laundromat I've ever used! EVER!!! First of all, they have AUTOMATIC DOORS! WHAT A CONCEPT, seeing as how most people have there arms full coming & going! (I only know of one other laundromat in town with this feature. The rest have manual doors that swing outside.) So I'm already impressed, but then I'm greeted by the two friendliest employees ever! They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job! Then I discovered you have to load money on their card to use the machines. I've had negative experiences at another local laundromat (that shall remain nameless) that requires the use of a card, so I cringed a little. But one of those happy employees I told you about must've noticed the disappointment on my face and quickly came to the rescue to assist me! She showed me the ropes and immediately put my fears to rest! (As I took a seat, I noticed a sign that read "Unaccompanied children will be sold to the circus". This made me smile.) So there I am, with my face in my phone, keeping time for my wash to be done, when all of a sudden I get a text message from who? OMGAWD! IT'S FREAKIN WASHER #3, THAT'S WHO...TELLING ME MY LAUNDRY IS DONE! How COOL is THAT?! SAME WITH THE DRYERS! So now I realize I'm actually slightly smiling goofy while I'm folding my clothes! There was a shift change just before I was all done, and as I was leaving, a different friendly employee guy from the next shift actually asked if he could help me out to my car & even loaded my 3 basket fulls & 1 large bag of clothes for me! The grocery stores don't even do that anymore! I had to fight the urge to hug him! *I think I might've even gotten a little misty eyed* It's a little more expensive than I'm used to, but RAPIDO WASH is well worth it! Luckily it's just around the corner from home, but I would gladly drive out of my way to do laundry here! Like I said, laundry sucks! But it sucks a lot less at RAPIDO WASH. read more
