Fedex was supposed to ship my package to a local Walgreens, but they sent it here for some reason…read more Upon arrival, I asked the front desk lady to see if my package was here. She told me for 2 minutes straight that there was delivered here and that they dont take deliverie's for customer's items from Fedex. I knew my package was here because it was signed off by "DDD" in the store. The way she was speaking to me seemed quite rude, but that may just be how we Vietnamese talk in general, so I brushed that off. I insisted that my package was here (an enormous rectangle box), confirmed the address provided on my tracking number (which matched) with the lady, and asked her to please check the back. She walked through the back once to see and said she still doesn't have anything. The man standing behind the desks whispers in vietnamese to the lady in the front to check the back again. He seemed like he knew my package was there because he was the only one in the store to not deny any delivered package. Meanwhile, another lady standing in the back tells both of the front desk individuals in Vietnamese, "Just tell him we dont have it.". I thought that was very rude of her to say, especially by this point, i see my package leaning against a wall in the back (I have ordered this item from the same seller before, so i know exactly how they package and what materals they use to pack such a large item). The man takes the front desk lady to the back to look one more time and they "find" my package. I confirmed my name with her across the storefront. The lady then acts like everything is OK. I have used their services for Fedex drop off's before and they usually are very kind people to interact with. This experience was not so enjoyable this time. Giving 2 stars because the man ultimately resolved the situation by making the lady reconsider to look for my package thoroughly before I probably would have had to argue with them about my package being in plain view from the front desk.
