I was assigned this tow truck company through AAA Roadside Assistance when I was stuck on the side of the freeway in 100-degree weather. They initially gave me an ETA of 35 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, after 30 minutes, I called to check how close they were, only to be told it would be *another* hour! When I asked how that was possible if they had already said 35 minutes, the woman on the phone said she would call the tow truck driver and get back to me. I waited another 30 minutes--no tow truck, no call back. I tried calling them at least 30 more times, but they stopped answering altogether. Being stranded on the freeway in the heat is stressful enough, but this company made the situation so much worse with their lack of communication and unprofessionalism.
