I would highly recommend Preferred Towing. They answered their phone, great communication and was there to tow our truck when they said they would be there. I would not ever use Lions towing they left us for 3 hours in 100 temperatures outside in the middle of July with horrible communication and never showed up. My car was in a severe accident (whole front is completely gone) and it was towed off scene by this company. Niki is absolutely amazing, shes sympathized with my family and was helpful as could be. This review is not to bash her and her amazing service. She's great at her job and knows what she's doing. However, the owner is a complete d**k! He's so beyond rude and horrible I dont understand how he runs a business. He decided to scream at us and ignored any questions (we had already paid him almost $500 dollars). My car was already a goner and he just made my day 1000x worse. You helped us out so much when AAA could not get the correct Tow for a 30ft. RV. And, after waiting for 4 hrs in 102deg. we had to get a private pay towing thru Preferred towing. It was so simple.
