Upon our return, we were very pleased to see that Poppi was perfectly happy with Susan; she was happy to see us but not over the top like it has been in the past. Poppi even whimpered when Susan left...which says a lot . Susan is perfectly competent to handle dogs, and she has a definite connection with them. She is 100% there for the dogs. We would recommend her to anyone hoping for undivided attention for their dog.

They had been locked in the Pooches in the Park van all day. The owners of the dogs were there and when the Pooches in the Park owners were called, they seemed to think it was a joke and took their time in arriving back at the van. However, by this time, the police had broken the windows and the dogs were on the way to an emergency vet hospital. This is appalling behaviour and this is not the first time, as a neighbour, I have seen dogs locked in this van. The last time I confronted the owners about locking dogs in the van and they told me to 'mind my own business'. Stay away if you love you dog....

I hired Silvana one week after I got my dog as a puppy (10 weeks), she came in each day to give him lunch and take him for a pee break around noon. As he got older he would go to the off-leash park with her but on a very long led until he had good recall (he is a beagle and his nose could have gotten him into trouble) and he came when called. Silvana is very caring and treats the dogs as if they were her own which is great because my dog is more like my child then a pet, just ask anyone that knows me. It is like having a child in daycare each day I get a note telling me about his outing. Sometimes we see her in the off-leash park on the weekend and my dog has to think about whether he is going to come with me or go with her he loves her also. If you are looking for someone that really cares about the well being of your pet (fur baby) I would truly recommend Bow Wow & Meow.
