Since the salon closes at 6, for two hours required for the tattoo application and two touch-up appointments, I traveled an hour from my work place and asked for two hours off from work. Also, to secure the time spot, I, normally, booked my appointments two weeks in advance. It worked for my initial application and I liked Fatima's work very much. So, when she suggested making a touch-up for my previously done eyeliner I agreed enthusiastically and booked the appointment for the final touch up for brows and touch up for eyeliner. On the day of the appointment, before asking for time-off from my boss, I called a salon to double check if there were no changes in the schedule. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, Fatima informed me that she was too busy to do scheduled services for me. She suggested me to come another day. No apologies! They even tried to present things in a way that it was my fault that I did not explain what exactly services I required. It was such nonsense given two weeks advanced booking and my phone call the same day! I was shocked. I asked why they did not tell me on the phone about the changes in the schedule. They told me that they had no time to call everybody about the changes with appointments. This rude response irritated me to the point that I walk out the salon. This is the reason for three stars - 5 for the job done - 1 for the service.

I made an appointment for a shellac pedicure and a gel manicure with extensions. Appointment for 12 and I left at 2:30. Tina was so meticulous and detailed - just what I love! She made sure my nails were perfect in shape, length, and polish application. The pedicure included a 5 min foot and leg massage which was soo good! Tina recommended the dipping powder mani which I never had before - so I decided to try it because I was told it's less damaging on the nail bed. Was I ever surprised! They use clear gel tips and the dipping powder was applied twice, and then the shellac polish on top. They feel secure and strong but not bulky or thick at all - I am so pleased. My mani was funny bunny for the base and I asked for a slight curve French tip. My pedi was just white ! Great experience.

The whole experience was not pleasant and somewhat felt rushed not relaxing. If you call them, be patient with the receptionist, very difficult communicating with her.
