He was amazing at showing me what he would do for me, he drew in the brows and showed me what he would do. No pressure, no sales pitch. I booked there and then. I don't like needles but Pierre is very professional, he assured everything is well taken care off. After applying a numbing cream, I felt better and less pain. Am loving my eyebrows since day one from my first visit. They are actually better than I've drawn them by myself. I don't bother to fill in my brows anymore. My friends can't tell I have my eyebrows microbladed so they do not look unnatural in any way. I love my eyebrows and continue to upkeep even though it's a couple of hundred dollars each visit. First of all, Tho is professional and she knows her stuffs, she is very focused when she does the strokes, and she explains the procedures very well. I have followed her IG for a long time (and also other artists) and I found that her work has the best details, and at the same time she totally understands that each person's facial characteristics are distinct and you cannot just have one fit for all. She takes her time to make sure that the shape you are going for is the one that's most suitable for you, not just "stamping" the most popular shape on your face regardless if it works on you or not (which I have observed in some other artists' work....unfortunately). Secondly, Tho has a fun and warm personality that just makes the whole experience easy, and that's pretty important for first timers. I was quite nervous before I went in but she chatted with me to distract me and explained the procedure patiently so that really made my experience so much calmer and relaxing. Lastly, the shop is clean and cute, location is great, the only downside if I absolutely have to pick one would be that I wish there would be easier parking around. I also didn't get aftercare instructions. I got them waxed at 10am and this pic was taken at 8pm. My skin is sore and red. I was assured that this was possible however when the owner of the salon was finished they were very dark brown and eventually turned green! When I returned to complain the owner told me she could repair but would charge me an additional $150. for the service. Feeling I had no choice I agreed however months later my brows are even more green. I have consulted laser removal and am currently paying $300 for treatments but with little change in the color. It asks for your purpose and how recent you had your lashes done etc. She did an amazing job and my lashes lasted so much longer than I expected! When I went for a return visit, she had pulled up my previous data and asked if I'd like the same style which I really liked the ease of pulling up my profile. The price isn't too bad. It's average and expected. It's nice if you have a points card and bonus if you pay cash.

Lol and yes I guarantee that you will fall asleep. All the technicians have been very gentle in the applications I've had. They had signs up that they will increasing their prices soon, not sure if that is in effect but I think for thr service that you get and the quality of the lashes its pretty much worth it.
