It asks for your purpose and how recent you had your lashes done etc. She did an amazing job and my lashes lasted so much longer than I expected! When I went for a return visit, she had pulled up my previous data and asked if I'd like the same style which I really liked the ease of pulling up my profile. The price isn't too bad. It's average and expected. It's nice if you have a points card and bonus if you pay cash.

The manager just kinda looked at me and then looked through his books and I was fortunate enough, he said I could have a seat (reluctantly). I had a woman (she was blonde) and didn't introduce herself. However the work she did with my nails was beautiful. she was extremely precise which I thoroughly enjoy. I chose the colour that she was wearing because I couldn't spot it out in the selection. Bio-Gel Refill - $40 cash ($45 if you use card) Mr. Manager asked me if it was my first time and i replied yes, he then informed me to next time make an appointment because they are an appointment only nail salon. I gave her a few designs I liked, just a classic simple French manicure with white floral designs. She added some extra detailing and her spin, like pearls to the middle finger, to match my veil. I thought I needed to extend all my nails but I'm glad she gave me advice that I didn't need to as long as the nails are shaped well I can still get the look without discomfort after the event. I wish that I was awake a bit longer in the beginning, however she did my eyelashes so gently that I even fell asleep like a baby. I have been struggling to find the right RMT who can truly do a deep tissue to the exact pressure I need and Wendy has been the only one that have delivered. Better than my 4 season experience too dare I say. She has excellent control when it comes to consistent pressure or gauging the areas where she needs to concentrate, ease up or work more on. She did warn me that due to the deep pressure I may be sore the next day but you know what? I was not. I was limber, flexible and felt like a million bucks. While this level of deep tissue may not be for everyone, Wendy is the only RMT I have worked with so far that can adjust the pressure and constantly asks for feedback. Conversation was great. If you want to relax you can do that as well and doze off without needing to carry on much of the chit chat. I was extremely surprised to find this level of satisfaction with a random place I completely found by fluke. Really went above and beyond for my customer experience. Apart of that the clinic is clean and they provide slippers for you to change into which I like as a added spa feel. They also do lash extension, facials and laser hair removal (none of which I have tried). Up next, I want to try the Thai Massage which Wendy recommended. I like that she did not up-sell like other clinics but genuinely just recommended her colleague to me based on my complaints and symptoms.
