This morning at 3:15am they decided to pick up the dumpster. I can't imagine the decision making that goes into this. 3am in the middle of the night, making so much noise that the entire neighborhood is talking about this. Very, very inconsiderate. So I started pricing various options, the 1-800 corporate junk haulers would charge by floor and a minimum.... Easily 450 bucks. Seriously? So I called John, and he was smart to suggest they do a "Controlled takeaway," which meant they would take the sofa apart and carry the pieces down my five flights, carefully.
