What made it worse was dealing with the person who says he's the owner, he was very rude, difficult to talk to, and came across as unnecessarily aggressive instead of trying to resolve things professionally, I also believe this is a one man operation which makes it a bit confusing and unprofessional when it comes to raise up a complaint, he answers the phone with an attitude and entitlement as he owns the entire facility. He believes that his actions are above the law. The biggest issue is the double standard. They're quick to call people out and try to enforce rules, but then they don't follow those same rules themselves. I've seen them park in the red zone while telling others not to, which makes no sense. The owner also parks his own car like he owns the whole place, taking up multiple spaces at a time without any consideration for anyone else. It's hard to respect rules being enforced when the people enforcing them don't follow them either. Overall, very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I would expect from a security company.

After talking with many possible vendors, my conversation with Phil convinced me that his prior company was right for the job -- and in the many years since, Phil delivered on those promises for my neighborhood and I kept in close touch with him regarding new initiatives he was developing and different protocols he was putting in place, for the betterment of his staff and his customers alike. Phil is without a doubt a very impressive, intelligent and caring individual. Although it was disappointing (yet completely understandable of course!) that Phil after very lengthy service left his previous company that protects my home, I was absolutely thrilled to find out that he was using his expertise in security to begin his own company -- so I offered Phil to write him this review. Although I have not used this new company of Phil's myself (because I do not own a business) my basis for this review is of course merely of Phil himself: not only as a professional and businessman but also as a person of great integrity and also profound expertise regarding security.
