HOWEVER, since this summer program thing started, the hour we go is absolutely PACKED with high schoolers, and it stays that way all day - large majority of whom are just there to hang out with friends. (I see 1 out of maybe 30 kids actually there to focus and workout.) They sit on machines (hog them) on their phones, not working out. You ask them to work in, or how long they have left and they say they are using them and they "don't know". I have never seen one of them wipe down the equipment after using them & 90% of them are wearing pajamas and crocks. They come in groups of 3-5, are loud and obnoxious, on top of the above issues, and not one employee says anything to them. I saw the rules for the summer program and no one follows them. They enforce nothing here. What's the point of rules if no one enforces them? Anything goes here. We are fed up, as paying, consistent customers who can't even get a bench at the normal "low" time, or have to wait 20-40 mins to get a machine because every single high schooler is actually using it as a seat to play games on their phones. This is the WORST campaign I could imagine. Have a HS hour, or charge $5, or limit how many can be in the building at any given time-something other than a free for all. It's a total slap in the face to us who pay a membership to deal with this. We are looking at other options for gyms in the area and will cancel and not return. We enjoyed it just fine before this started and we will not spend the summer frustrated every time we want to go enjoy a workout.

Very clean and it's rarely crowded. The machines are newer (PreCor and LifeFitness) and great quality. TV's on EVERY treadmill. The staff is very friendly and always make it a point to say bye as you walk out. The only con are the hours. I took one star off for that. Closing time on the weekends (7pm) is a bit too early. But it doesn't effect me so much. That could be the dealbreaker for others. No contract and membership fee is as low as 19/month. They are doing a good job

Cardio equipment usually needs maintenance or is out for a long time. Usually the stairs are the ones that have issues. Homeless like to camp out outside of gym, doesn't always feel so safe coming in super early or late due to the homeless around. Cars have gotten broken into during the day in the parking lot. Some sort of security would be nice.
