When I tried to communicate the second service man failed to arrive after a confirmed time , the owner of Mend it Man; his brother more than twice failed to listen and wanted to further explain how their efforts to call me have been unsuccessful due to my attention. The amount of time and excuses wasted frustrated me very much and I never got my money back or the job finished .
