The other company left us with a problem where the water leaked during/after a shower. Despite repeated attempts never got the issue corrected. I called Johnson Glass expecting them to need to replace the whole door. Instead they were able to correct the leaking doors and they work perfectly now with no more water running outside the shower!! Everyone I spoke to during this process was friendly and helpful. The cost for the repair was reasonable. Will use again if needed and will be recommending them.

Not League City Glass though. They were prompt on arriving for the quote, fully informed us about expectations, and the turn around on the quote followed professional communication expectations. Additionally they came out a second time after some modifications were made to our project to double check their measurements. We put 50% down so they could order the needed supplies and they arrived quickly and we were able to schedule the install. On the day of the install they arrived with a 4 man crew so they would be able to carry our 500 lbs piece upstairs safely. As you can see in my attached photo the end results look spectacular. TOTAL Honestly--You Need to Read This…read more July 11, 2023, I called the glass company. Todd answered. He asked me to sent him a photo. The photo was of my entry doors with a 5 foot wide, maybe 9 foot tall beveled glass mounted over my double 8 foot high doors. A huge piece of beveled glass with 2 cracks beginning to run. I was thinking this would be 3,000 dollars or more. Today, one day later, Todd came to my house. When I greeted Todd, I said this is the glass that needs replacing. He immediately told me---I am going to save you a lot of money. Todd said, those are not cracks in your glass. They are wrinkles in the glass tinting. Nothing is wrong with your glass. Todd could have easily told me the replacement cost would have been thousands and I would have done the replacement. it really makes me feel good to know some people are totally honest, even when it stands to cost them a nice profit.
