Ultimately I was given the opportunity to try EMS. I was debating btw the EMS and emsculptneo, but went with just EMS. I've only tried one session and it was pretty intense so I couldn't imagine how much more the neo would feel and the EMS one was just fine with me. The session was 30 min long and Rosina explained the procedure well and had great bedside manners. It would take a package of at least 8 depending on body type, fat content, and goal. You want to make sure that along with the sessions, you should be exercising, eating a healthy diet, and drinking plenty of water to see the results.
