You NEVER discussed the treatment depths, energy levels, and adjustments made based on each person's unique facial structure, or the use of macro-focused ultrasound and radiofrequency. You very clearly told me in text that you could not answer those questions and needed verification with your boss. You did however spend A LOT of time on explaining the use of a special massage technique that takes away the need for numbing and causes less pain - and upselling me to a bigger treatment plan which would require that I come in every week for 4-6 weeks which is consistent with other reviews on here. You've never seen my skin in person for an assessment - and somehow still pushed such a extensive treatment. That's why I asked those follow up questions in my text message to begin with. To confirm the things that were not addressed. This is in plain text for anyone that is interested to see.
