I wasn't comfortable with the entire experience - including the always full mini waiting room in a spare exam room. No sooner would one patient go in, two more would appear. I left feeling bullied (by Rioux's assistant) and questioning their diagnosis. I got a second opinion from another eye doctor - no glaucoma and normal pressure. Rioux and her team seemed more interested in seeing how much money they could make off my insurance company and I and they had very little concern for my eyes. I'm so grateful I refused the unnecessary drops and surgery!! I would NEVER let Rioux near my eyes again.

Dr. Rioux has always graciously explained any of my detailed questions to my personal satisfaction. My Glaucoma has required a mixed strategy over these years and my condition is now well controlled. Her regular examinations not only monitor my Glaucoma, but also watch for my hereditary possibility of macular degeneration, as well as any sign of diabetes. Dr. Rioux also performs surgeries in Springfield and staffs a number of Connecticut Valley clinics, besides Greenfield. If she is just out to make money, she'd never have the time to spend any of it! The major part of her waking life seems to be dedicated to her patients. I am 65 now, and am headed for cataract surgery, with her. I have absolute faith in her ability and look forward to being able to see correctly, again.

He literally spent 30 seconds with me in the patient room and pushed me off to a nurse who wanted to unnecessarily inject me for testing i did not request. I was concerned with food allergies and they wanted to test me for pollen and grass! Way to listen to why your patient is there. He took zero interest in my concerns, did not follow up and did not resolve anything. He literally made zero assessment but freely charged me $200. Now i have to find a more qualified Dr and pay them yet again.

We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago. Thank heavens we landed at South Hadley adult medicine - I cannot recommend highly enough.

I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes and he referred me to Dr. Hubbe. Dr. Bleiman is no longer doing cataract surgery. I can not say enough good about Dr. Hubbe AND HIS STAFF. The are all kind, considerate, prompt and caring. I recently had one cataract removed and look forward to getting the other one done soon. The facility they have in West Springfield is a well managed clinic. I can not say enough about how kind, professional and nice the whole experience was from the driver that picked me up and delivered me home, to the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and of course Dr. Hubbe. I give them all great credit for making me feel safe and well taken care of. Both the clinic and the office has given me follow up calls. They have made this whole experience very easy.

I'd…read morestruggled with my health since infancy, and never really understood my medical condition until I became a patient at NIM when I was in my 30s. I love NIM and don't know where I'd be without this clinic! It's one of the only allergy clinics in the country that does end-point-titration allergy-therapy, which makes such a big difference in successfully controlling my allergies. (I used to have to fly from Massachusetts to Dallas for end-point titration!) I've suffered in the past with terrible, debilitating autoimmune symptoms, which Dr Lynch--who actually cares, listens and works with me--helped me resolve with natural supplements, dietary adjustments, allergy shots, and minimal medications. The NIM staff is kind and efficient, and I believe it's no accident that there is low staff turnover. Some staff have been there for as long as I've been a patient.
