Their driver was weaving between lanes, tailgating, and speeding like they were in a race. It was reckless, dangerous, and completely unacceptable for someone operating a massive vehicle. I managed to get the company name from the truck, but there were no identifying numbers or contact info visible -- which makes me wonder if this kind of behavior is something they're used to hiding. If they treat other drivers this carelessly, I'd hate to imagine how they treat customers' vehicles. I wouldn't trust this company with anything, especially not my safety or my car or the van he cut off and almost caused a major accident. Do better.

My husband called Fast and Furious Detailing and made an appointment. A nice woman showed up at my house at 9:00 am to pick up my vehicle and said it would be done around 1:00 pm and she would drop it off. At 12:50 PM a gentleman from the shop called to let me know my car was done and to arrange payment over the phone. Perfect. The same woman brought back my Jeep at 1:00 on the dot and gave me my receipt. Upon inspection of the work all looks great! I wasn't expecting perfection as I knew there were some bad stains in the back (mocha latte spilled down the side of the back seat). But honesty it is 99.9% better and that is what I was hoping for. The cloth seats are still a bit damp and I rolled the windows down some to allow them to dry quicker. Car came back with a plastic cover on the drivers side seat and a floor mat cover too. Will return again. Probably going to budget a detailing twice a year. At $180 it wasn't cheap but it is money well spent to have a clean car again!

Fortunately had cell reception and called Pat at K&K in Gillette, Wy. Said he could do diagnostics at 4:00 the following day. After a 100 mile flat tow, completed diagnostics, overnighting of the Mercedes fuel pump, we were back on the road in two days! Pat was very competent, hard working, and ethical throughout. To say we were extremely concerned would be an understatement. My daughter immediately took her phone and searched for an auto repair business. K&K Auto Repair was listed as the only garage still open (it was 5:35 pm on a Friday) for the day. We limped into K&K, parked our Mercedes GL450, and entered the establishment. The receptionist greeted us with kindness and warmth. We explained our situation, and she alerted the mechanic. The mechanic, displaying the same type of courtesy and professionalism, took our car to the garage for a diagnostic test as we eagerly waited for the results. Twenty minutes later, the mechanic stepped into the waiting area and said, "I have good news and bad news. The good news is that your transmission is fine. The bad news is that your lower fuel pump is done, and I will have to order a new one." Sadly, we had to leave the car at K&K for the repairs, and my father-in-law drove from two hours away to pick us up. The following Thursday, K&K contacted us and said the necessary repairs had been made and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The next day, my father-in-law dropped us off at K&K, we paid a fair price, and began our journey back to Virginia. Our car ran like a new car all the way home. Whether your car is domestic or foreign, K&K can repair your car. Thanks, K&K!!!!

Traveling from NC to Missoula MT I began to have some concerns with the tires on my 2003 Ford E450…read morethat has been converted to a bus. The bus shook at 70 mph, and I was also concerned that my left front tire was only rated for 50 psi but inflated to 80 psi, presumably by Black's Tire in Wilmington NC who had just worked on the vehicle and supposedly checked all the tires for me. Cliff the mechanic is very knowledgeable and immediately determined the two front tires were significantly different (6 ply and 10 ply) and that the 6 ply tire should never have been inflated above 50 psi. Cliff not only found, mounted and balanced my left front tire but also balanced the right front too. Cliff also found that the nut securing my brand new shock (installed by Blacks) was so loose it came off with two twists of the wrist. Cliff checked all tire pressures which were all over the board, some 40 psi under (thanks Blacks). The work at this shop is A-1, and the bill was easy on the wallet. Prompt service all the way. Highly recommended! Needless to say I don't have a positive review for Black's Tire in Wilmington.
