When I first hired them, Gabriel told me the case would take about 6 months, then three years. When that time passed, literally nothing had been done. No interview scheduled, no work permit--nothing. Gabriel would take weeks to respond to my emails, and I'd have to send multiple follow-ups just to hear back. When he did respond, the information was often vague or even contradictory.
