Whereas U.S. medical doctors seem to view patients as mere business customers more often, and don't bother to check up on them or treat them as equals, Dr. Quaroni is an exception to this decline of patient care and is, instead, exemplary in his care and treatment of his patients. I found Hill Country Oral Surgery on Yelp and Google and decided to give it a try. The office is clean and modern, with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and even a mini fridge stocked with water. The entire staff was amazing--from day one they made sure I had all the information I needed, and they were super helpful in checking in after the procedure to make sure I was doing well. Dr. Cavaretta really listened to my concerns, and because I was anxious, we chose to go the anesthesia route. Lizette and George (the day-of care team) were fantastic and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I was in and out quickly and am already anticipating a smooth recovery. Hopefully there won't be a next time, but if there is--I'm definitely coming back here!

So after a recommendation, I decided to reach out to Dr. Largent's office and see if I could get my wisdom teeth out pretty soon from the time of the call. They not only got me seen right away for a consultation, but then I was able to be seen for the extractions right away (which I needed with my busy schedule and the amount of pain I had been experiencing). Not only was I treated incredibly well, but also after talking to Dr. Largent and his staff, all my anxieties about getting the teeth removed were also removed :) The following week, I had the extraction, and it was incredible. I mean extractions are not fun experiences, and I had a minor anxiety attack, and Dr. Largent and his team immediately helped me breathe and feel relaxed. I was definitely freaking out and they made me feel better and not embarrassed. The extraction was easy and the recovery process was even easier. They not only made the experience wonderful, professional, and memorable, but also we got to talk about music (he's a musician!) and they made the whole surgery super affordable for me (they truly took care of everything!) Was told I needed extractions, paid for partial denture to be made and ready for on extraction day. Three weeks after first visit & day before surgery they call saying they don't take my insurance! They should have verified that while I was in the office those 2hrs. Now I have a $700 partial I can't use until I find another dentist and they will probably have a different treatment plan.
