At age 38, I finally sought out Botox due to aging skin and increased wrinkles, as well as lip filler to plump my tiny and asymmetrical lips. She fully explained the procedure to me, took before/after photos, answered all questions and did not make me feel rushed whatsoever. I appreciated and respected her conservative approach for my first time given that my wedding was as so close. I felt more confident smiling on my wedding day! For my last visit, I saw Brooke- she was very friendly and as meticulous as Nicole. What I love about them both is that they are attentive, great communicators, and are perfectionists in their work. First and worst experience March 31, 2026 I had my first ever Botox appointment. It was scheduled with Brooke. I have never had any sort of injectables before. Brooke chatted with me briefly. I asked her if I could get my eyebrows done after my appointment, she said yes. I told her I had an orthodontist appointment after and she said that was fine. After she quickly did the injections she told me she would contact me 2 weeks after to talk about my results ... Well I had immediate swelling on my injection site from getting my eyebrows done. But Brooke told me it was fine. I then had my orthodontist appointment, which again, Brooke told me it was fine... I was laying horizontal for 2 hours. 2 week later no call from her. About 3 weeks later I finally call and ask to speak with Brooke, she's on vacation... at this point I have family members telling me one of my eyebrows are higher than the other.. The following Monday I call again, I leave her a voicemail. Not only is one of my eyebrows raised but my 11s Botox is non existent. I have left her voicemails. I have spoken to multiple staff members and now I am finally writing a negative review because no one will call me back. This is just crazy, I do not recommend this place. read more

I have been feeling insecure about my under eye bags for years, and know they were prematurely aging me (I'm only 32). I also struggled with broken capillaries around my nose, so I made a dual appointment, first with their esthetician, Allison, and then with their nurse practitioner, Jurry. Allison gave me the five star treatment, and did microdermabrasion across my whole face, and IPL on areas where I was struggling with redness. She did something else I don't remember the name of, and the results were fantastic! She was so friendly and professional the whole way through, she's an absolute must-book. Next, I was walked to Jurry's office for a consultation for fillers under my eyes to alleviate the bags. Jurry was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as I waffled between doing it or not. I knew I wanted the results, but I was scared of some of the risks. She held a mirror up to show me how she would do the injections, and as soon as I saw those bags again I knew I was doing it. The results are unreal. I look like I did in my early 20s and I have the world's biggest confidence boost. I've been wearing a lot of eye makeup the last few years, and after seeing Jurry skipped the concealer, eyeliner, and eyeshadow, because my eyes look so good they just don't need it anymore. Dr. Raval and his staff are rude and unhelpful. I went in a few months ago to discuss improving my jawline with filler and was looked at like I was crazy for even asking. I was told that filler would not at all help that area (I have seen it done a million times over on live videos so I know it is at least somewhat possible) and then wasn't offered any sort of alternatives. All the while, some overly done-up looking lady who was in the room with us just stared at me coldly, also offering no ideas. They seemed rushed and like I was a complete waste of their time. I did not enjoy being there at all. FYI to the team -- the point of the free consultations is to gain new business, it isn't always a waste of time if you're not getting paid right away! I have been to RMLA twice now for an IPL Photofacial and I cannot recommend them enough! I am 35 and have considerable sun damage on my forehead and cheeks from being an athlete my whole life and never taking sunscreen seriously growing up. I was wary of getting such a treatment however, as it seemed both intense and fairly expensive, at least compared to creams or other options, but I decided to go in for a free consultation. I met with Paula who was very nice, patient and straight forward about my options. I did not feel pressured at all and after I did some research their prices seemed fair. The day of the facial I was nervous. Was I wasting my money? Would this really make a noticeable difference? Another staff, Jacqueline, would end up actually doing my facial and she is also super sweet and patient. She applied a numbing cream for 20-30 min and then began the treatment. It hurts. The numbing cream certainly helps and the staff make it as quick and painless as possible, but you can't get away from that zapping feeling. On the upside, it is over quickly and then a nice cool washcloth once you get home does wonders. I saw my sun damaged skin cells emerge immediately. I admit, the first round I was worried I had made things worse! But just as they said, after a few days, the dark spots started to fade and after 5 days it started to slough off and after 7, my skin was almost perfectly clear. And I mean CLEAR! I had not seen my skin look like that for years! I realize this is a process and after about a month and a half I was starting to see some of the darker skin come through, but it still looked better than it had when I went in for my second facial two months later. I am a pretty low maintenance girl and it took me a while to decide to do this, but they say it is better to do it while you are young and your skin rejuvenates faster. I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at RMLA and would definitely recommend! read more

I wrote a review for Dr. Raval a few years ago as I've been seeing him off/on for well over 10 years. 5 stars then- 5 stars now. I was absolutely stunned to read some of the negative reviews. I'm pushing 60 and have had my share of "nip and tuck" providers. I lived away from Denver (and Dr. R) for 6 years and got nipped/tucked by a "top" surgeon in large city. Upon moving back to CO, I headed directly to Dr. R to undo it. In fact, the procedure I had done, Dr. R doesn't do because he feels the results are too unpredictable. To fix my issue, I have so much trust in Dr R that I told him to do whatever he felt was needed to restore a more natural look. This is one of the hallmark features that differentiates him from other providers -- he is all about a NATURAL LOOK. As far as some of the negative reviews: when evaluating any Doctor -- don't slam the provider because you don't like the staff, or you didn't get a call back, or you think the wait was too long. Some reviews slam Dr. R because they didn't like a laser treatment by one of the technicians. Dr. R is a genuinely gifted artist -- who truly listens to his patients and his candid in his opinion of what will/won't work. He doesn't oversell or over promise -- which is another HUGE differentiator setting him apart from his peers. Personally, he is a genuinely nice guy, extremely intelligent, engaging and a devoted family man. Finally: this is not a $$$ establishment -- more like $$. His prices are on par with Denver prices -- and ridiculously cheaper than what you'll pay in larger cities. He's always running specials - and sometimes has postponed a procedure to enable me to benefit from a special. Read the reviews -- and focus on what is said specifically about Dr. Raval. Today I had my first hair laser removal at Dr. Raval Clinic. Paula was my technician, she was so nice and friendly. She called Dr. Raval because he insists on talking to new patients, which I thought is very professional and shows that he cares about all his patients no matter what treatment they are coming for. My treatment was for armpit which I already have had 3 sessions about 3 yrs ago. It was so quick and very convenient. Thanks to their laser which uses air for cooling. The only thing I was surprised about that She suggested I need a treatment every 4 weeks which is different than what I used to have ( a session every 8 weeks). She did say that I can push the appointment back if I'm not seeing hair. Overall, my experience was great and I'll keep you posted as I'm going and weather I see results or not. read more

Nicole Kenyon dissolved 1 nasolabial fold with 5 units. She told me she dissolved 100s of people and reviews online are not true. This changed my face. My skin is saggy there. It changed it in a way it never was before filler . I wish she had protected me and said best to let it metabolize it was already 8 months past. I wish she had told me it was unpredictable and it was best to leave it alone. Everyday I've cried since February. I've been working with 2 therapists. Dissolver ruined my face. The filler would have gone away. Yes it will replenish in ways but it changed my natural shape and the texture there. I take vitamins and see an esthetician. My skin sags in the spot that was dissolved. She said I shouldn't have done it if I didn't want to lose volume. It flattened my face there and aged me. I have cried and spent so much time devastated about this. This caused me to lose work. My face will never be the same. I wish they had told me filler shouldn't be touched up every 6-12 months and that it is a lie that companies have used for marketing. I wish they had told me less is best and to be careful because filler is not like getting your nails done. I am not allowed back at this office. This negatively impacted my life. I am sad because I was a loyal customer for years and always wanted to do the right thing. This hurt me in so many ways. My experience of dr raval over years cold, short and in a rush. Definitely more business man over caring physician. Nicole Kenyon changed my life and I cry still almost everyday. My modeling work went down dramatically. My housekeeper said I look different. I love it here! It was a saving grace when I was trying to find a good, board certified surgeon. They are kind, caring, and I have never felt pressured or like they were selling me anything. The nurses are very knowledgeable, and I felt very taken care of. They even phoned the doctor and had him talk with me about a couple of me medical conditions to ensure I knew everything was safe with my complications. They also made sure to call the day after a very minor injection to check in on me! Super nice. Many years ago when this clinic was over in Cherry Creek, I had very very good results with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a number of little vanity issues like hair removal, facial blemishes and things like that. They used an assortment of lasers at other devices and I was very happy! Fast forward to now. I return to the clinic for some touch up and clean up work 10 years after a very successful laser hair removal. I went in for many many visits, maybe like eight. Each one was 50 bucks. I was perplexed because the newer lasers did not seem to be effective and no hair loss was noted. Summary: ZERO results. I finally went to a laser hair removal place recommended by a physician and saw dramatic hair removal results on the first visit. DRAMATIC. A very different and more substantial laser was used. I mentioned to the practitioner the small pen-like lasers that just seemed to blow air used at Rocky Mountain Laser and was told that they were probably not the correct wavelength for hair removal. Let's think about it, if you want to make money repeatedly with clientele how do you do it? If you permanently remove their hair they will not be back... So I can no longer endorse this clinic. read more

Hooray for laser hair removal! Why did I not do this sooner? I was referred to Dr. Raval by my reconstructive surgeon. I had lymph nodes removed under my armpits that left areas I could not reach with a razor anymore. Rather than live with pockets of lengthy pit hair, I opted for laser hair removal. Shocking, I know, since pit hair on women is so sexy. I very quickly learned that once you see the results it offers you want to do it everywhere! I have been very happy with the results on my armpit and bikini regions thus far and am going in to do my legs next week. This is seriously magical. A few things to mention for potential candidates--They are very thorough with their questionnaire, which made me feel like they are very cautious about what they do. They will thoroughly explain everything about the procedure and risks to you, as well as your expected outcome and potential number of treatments based on your skin pigment and hair type. After you meet with the technician the Dr. may also come in to meet you to make sure everything is kosher. I'm not sure how this compares to other laser hair removal spots, but I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Laser based on my experiences here. read more

I called with some questing about a deviated septum consultation with Dr Raval about a moth ago. I was told there are no fees and encouraged to come in for that consultation. Once I was there he wanted to preform a minor procedure to further assess my potential needs. He shewed a girl how this small camera would be stuck up my nose and left the room. Then another woman named Brooke came in showing the same girl how to clean and operate the camera. This was distressing because at this point still no one has explained who is going to operate the camera and why this girl did not already know how to even so much as clean the tool she was about to use on me. Wanting to understand what I was getting into both financially and physically definitely slowed their process which they really could not be bothered by. They had already sprayed a numbing spray up my nose but due to my questioning delaying them I was moved with very little communication to a different room where I was left for about 30min with no additional communication. At this point I realized I was not going to hand over my heath to an office that did not operate with more respect for there clients. Perhaps if you are referred to this office by a friend or have some other connection they will treat you with more understanding. I paid them what they wanted and left having no new information and knowing I will not ever be walking back into that office again. I'm sure Dr Raval has amazing skills however I will not be rolling the dice when it comes to my health and body. read more

I'm so NOT a Cherry Creek Soccer Mom and that was my biggest fear walking into a place like that. I have had one facial in my whole life and felt like maybe this was the belly of the beast. Like, perhaps you would go into a room, like Samantha did in Sex and the City and they would start drawing lines all my face when all I want is to lose my microderm abrasion virginity. So not the case! The staff is amazing, the products are high quality and I feel like a million bucks walking out of there just because I took time for myself. I just joined their new club for $29 for first month chem peel and $39 for the following months. Yes, you get a peel every month for only 39 FREAKING DOLLARS.
