Call to figure out why they want to charge me $278 for a visit that should be covered and they keep hanging up on me! My calls don't even go through anymore. They pick up the phone and hang up. However, following my disputing a prior bill which their office had failed to follow up on, Dr. Saladino refused to see me for a scheduled medical appointment and even refused to come out of his office to speak with me for a few minutes. In addition, his office manager also refused to speak with me. The receptionist informed me that I would not be seen or be medically treated unless the outstanding bill was paid, even though it was disputed.I was told This was the practice's policy, in a curt and very rude manner.. I followed up with a heartfelt letter to Dr. Saladino which I hand delivered marked "personal and confidential." His 'reply' was a form letter discharging me from his practice. If a dehumanizing experience is what you seek, look no further!

A slight sniffle will get you a vaccine, so just remember that if you are not ok with taking meds just because, you have a firm "NO!" There are always new nurses when I go. Perhaps it's the doctors demeanor and attitude that has them all leaving. Office is always cold and expect to wait at least an hour from your scheduled appointment. I think they take on more than they can handle. The waiting room is very depressing. It has stained carpets, dead plants and an old plug in heater that I'm sure I saw at my grandmothers house growing up. Now that I think about it, I may just change DR. Geez...

When requesting 2 days worth of a pain medication before I see pain management (I have severe arthritis, fibromyalgia and now dealing with shingles on my tongue and in my ear canal. I wake up crying in pain.) He refused. Now I have to go to the ER before I see an oral surgeon and pain management. I can't switch pcp's any faster. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I like how when she first meets a new patient, she listens to our concerns shows empathy for our pain and suffering, and diligently to find a solution to our problems, which is amazing. Miss Taylor also knows that I am overweight and she's there to help me lose weight so I am very insecure about my weight . That means a lot to me. When Miss Taylor tells you she will send your prescription. She doesn't wait 3 to 4 hours. She sends it right then and there and wish her nothing but the best in life truly you deserve it.. #1
