Had to come here when our washer broke. This location is kept very clean! I found the price for the washers and dryers were decent. There are washers and dryers to accommodate larger loads and there are plenty of tables to fold your clothes. They also offer laundry service. There is always an attendant on site to assist if you need any help. When we were there the attendant spent his time wiping down the washers, cleaning different areas, and cleaning out the dryer filters. read more

1st time coming in and never been there or knew how they worked. I asked the Blond hair worker how things worked here. She was very rude and pointed to the wall and said that's where you go. Same day another worker there was very kind and walked me thru the disinfecting machines. 2nd time there didn't know they opened at 9. Came at 7 and then came back at 8:50. Same blond worker came to the door at 8:57 and said rudely it's 9 am now. Then later came and apologized for being rude. Just uncalled for. All I was doing was waiting outside. Didn't pound on door. i Went in to do a drop off for the wash and fold service. This attendant asked me the contents and size. I brought it bedding for a queen and as soon as I said queen she was very off put and told me that I could do it for $15 instead of doing the service. She told me she always tries to help people save money, and I get that. However, shouldnt an employee be encouraging the services instead of basically telling customers to do it themselves. i Wouldn't mind however I have a back injury and a toddler, and thats the last thing I want to do is be at a laundromat in pain with a crazy toddler making messes everywhere! other than that! the place is clean. :) read more

This place is immaculate and the manager was amazing. We were first time customers washing an oversized king comforter. As soon as we walked in she greeted us and showed us how to use the correct size machine to wash it, and even loaded our detergent in the correct spot for liquid. Helped us set up our card system to pay as well. When it was time to dry she recommended a smaller machine that had a longer cycle so it would cost less. Even the restrooms are very clean and nicely decorated. read more

The card program that they use here is not very good because for the dryers you can't see how many minutes you get for your money. The prices have gone up for dryers at least that we have noticed maybe not. You don't have the option to add less than 10$ to your card unless you use cash. Giant dryers get you 5 minutes for 60 cents. Smaller dryers get you 7 minutes for 60 cents. We had a lot of towels sheets and blankets to wash and spent a combined 40$ if not more on doing our laundry. Used a lot of detergent ( good quality detergent) and washed on cold water only and have been here many times before. Our washer and dryer at home are too small for all these items but honestly probably would've cost less if we just washed at home. My wife let the guy working here know that after we dried them they still stink. He just recommended re washing them with an extra rinse. This blows because we already spent so much. Nothing was offered such as a credit or a free wash or anything and we ended up using two 8 load washers which cost 11$ a piece 22$ and then had to use one again so that's 33$ plus the giant dryer which cost 3.60$ and a smaller dryer to dry the items that didn't get dried which was 1.20$ paid 2$ for 2 small boxes of tide powder plus 3$ more dollars to dry it equals out to 42$ and some change. We will not be coming back to this laundromat for our large items or any items again. There are no vending machines here either. Also don't lose your laundry card or you won't be able to use the restrooms as those take laundry cards as well to get into. read more

Ok damn. I haven't been to a laundromat for a decade. Out of travel needs (ran out of clean clothes) found this place and damn. Modern. All run by RFID prepaid cards. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They clean the machines and wipe them down after use. It's a really nice place to sit as well. No more plastic chairs...comfy Starbucks style chairs. I may never be back as I'm not from here, but this was a great experience that I was dreading. read more

Walked into this place tonight needing a large washer for my blanket. Wow, was I impressed. Not that everyone should be impressed by a laundromat, but I was immediately welcomed by the associate who quickly showed me the ropes and how to get a loyalty card and load it up with cash to start my laundry. There are no coins here, thank goodness, I didn't have any. The machines use a preloaded card, you load by using their system with either cash, debit, or credit card. You can activate the loyalty card with your information (I was assured it was safe) and you will be sent a text message (if you sign up) when your load is completed! There are TVs to keep you occupied, restrooms available, and a very clean environment. My large wash, king size blanket, took 29 min and 14 min to dry. Highly recommend this place! read more

I am currently moving and needed some clean clothes as I had to sell my home washer and dryer. I was weary to go to a laundromat as they have a bad reputation for being dirty and unsafe. But let me tell you something.... I am a changed woman! Rave Laundry is the cleanliness and most efficient laundromat I hav ever seen. I felt safe the entire time. They had an attendant who was knowledgable about the machines and how to get a card to pay for the machines. It saved me about 10 bucks for just one trip. (I only did a small amount of laundry so that was a lot saved). The wifi is free so I could be productive the whole time while my clothes were washing and drying. The entire space is full of windows and spacious as well. This makes me want to open my own laundromat in it's image! Laundromats are forever changed in my mind now. read more

As soon as I sat down I was told to move because they close at 7 and start cleaning at 6:00 so she didn't want me in that area because she already had it cleaned. Meridian Location is the Best, always opens on time and Misty or Missy is so friendly!!! I tried the Boise Location and though I Love Rave, they were an hour late. I chose this location due to the fact that I did not have to have quarters. From the moment I walked into this place, I knew it was different. I was greeted by a very friendly young man, who helped me determine the correct size washers for my loads. I would have used four washers, but instead only needed three because of the various sizes offered. This place is AMAZING.. wide open SUPER CLEAN!! That's the first thing we noticed when we walked in. The card system kinda doesn't fit for us because we don't live here & so you end up with $$$ tied up on a card you will never use again. So that's the down side... BUT BUT BUT...look past those 2$ because the machines are HIGH CLASS! Spin out on the washers are so efficient that the dry time is reduced. & come out so NICE!!!! The machines are so quiet. Lots of counter space to fold, large baskets that roll effortlessly from washer to dryers. SO MANY SIZE MACHINES to chose from.. the staff are so very helpful, patient with a smile & don't mind coaching you through the card tap process. I mean you can't get any better than that right? We were done in under an hour! 30 min. washer, 21 min dryer... & the cloths came out beautifully. I have a cheap spandex jogger set & have used other super hot commercial dryers which has wrinkled them slightly. Well that won't happen here. The dryers DON'T Bake your clothes.. which damages them... women's clothes never say to dry. So using commercial dryers that doesn't bake the fabric, is so NICE!! The staff really polish the machines, after use. So they always look great.. there's no crud stuck in places. It was a great experience! I can't tell you how long it's been since I've used a laundromat, but I can say with certainty that this is far and away a better experience than any previous. No need to get out my roll of quarters, no need to clean the tables before I fold, or step around unnamed goo on the floor. The attendant was amazingly helpful and helped me every step of the way. The web site said "last load at 8:00 PM". We were there by 7:55PM loading the washer. The teenager working there said he was disappointed because now he would have to stay late on a Saturday night and that "sometimes he had to stay as late as 9:45" when people started their laundry at 8:00. We asked why they didn't change the web site and he said "he had tried to have it changed but "they" wouldn't do it". There is the background. With clothes still in the dryer the Rave Employee announced, at 8:55, that he was closing in 5 minutes and began turning off the lights. You see, there is NOTHING on the web site, the building or even the door that says they close at 9:00. I told the young man we would leave when our clothes were dry. He became angry and belligerent and called the MANAGER who told him to call 911 which he did. I am stunned. It's one thing for a spoiled teenager to pull a stunt like this, but for the MANAGER to support it. UNBELIEVABLE ! read more

I have never been inside a laundry mat before, after reading reviews online about Rave, Meridian location, and needing several loads of laundry done I decided to go there. First Impressions walking in, a deer in headlights, I was greeted by Misty(manager), she helped me decide what size washing machines to use, get my Rave card loaded, showed me how the machines work along with how to use my preloaded Rave card. No joke 26 mins to wash 2 large 2 medium washing machines. When washing washing was completed, Misty was right there to drying process. I used 2 large dryers! She recommended 28 mins per machine. Misty's recommended time was exactly what was needed. The facility is very clean, open feeling, TV's, Wi-Fi with comfortable seating to wait in. I chose to stay and fold my fresh clean laundry on their spacious granite! Counter height folding tables. I couldn't have had a better experience! I have never been to a laundry mat and I've always heard they were gross. Since our washer/dryer broke and the new replacements are not being delivered for 4 weeks, I had to get my laundry done. Walking in, this place looks like a high tech video game place. The have comfy lounge chairs and TV's. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member asking if I needed assistance. We just moved to town and are staying in an Airbnb while we look for a house. Luckily, we found Rave Laundry early - such a nice, clean, and friendly place! The machines are all new and work great. I especially love the pre-loaded card system, which means no fussing with getting cash and buying coins to use in the machines. The attendants are super helpful and keep the place very clean; it smells fresh and airy (unlike some laundry places I have been that smell musty and humid). I had some comforters to wash and dry and was pleasantly surprised,driving by to a nearby competitor laundromat, that Rave is now open. Clean, smells great, dozens of new washers and dryers to use. Customer Service was great as I was approached upon entry looking at the machines trying to decode capacity and payment options (cash or debit/credit, 1$ fee for cards). One of the two ladies working showed me two options for machine size and walked me over to the payment kiosk and showed me how to purchase a card to use in the machines. She was genuine and helpful. Here are the prices: 0.39/7 min of drying time, small washers for 2 standard plastic laundry tubs of laundry (2 loads), $1.75, regular washers for 3 loads, $2.40, large washers for 6 loads, $4.15, and XL washers for 8 loads $5.10. I used the large washers for each of my king sized comforters. Came in near the end of the evening and the staff were cleaning machines and mopping the floors. 14 minutes drying completely dried my king size comforters. The washers and dryers can be registered to you cell phone when purchasing payment cards and will text you when each load is done. I highly recommend bringing your laundry here! read more
