Laundry Haus did a great job with a big load of beach towels and sheets after our stay at our cabin in Mccall over the 4th of July. I wish I could fold sheets like they do! I arrived at 6:15a to see it was still closed so I waited patiently, I also noticed there was 2 women in the building....... It never opened & no answer from phone.. Brought 3 large area rugs in after our house flooded due to heavy rains. The staff was very nice and said they'd have them done by the following day. Although I never heard from them the following day, I did go in and pick them up 3 days later. I couldn't believe that it was only $17 for 3 rugs to be cleaned for me. I will certainly be back when I need to do larger loads and I will likely have them do them for me as the price is very reasonable and they are very friendly here. Highly recommend. read more

Even though Laundry Haus is in my neighborhood, I have not had the opportunity to use it until recently, when I needed to launder a Queen size, Heavy Fill Goose Down comforter. I have slept with a goose down comforter for decades, but prior to this, I had medium fill comforters that I could launder at home. Prior to going in, I called and asked if they had a drop-off laundry service. They do. It's called Wash & Fold. Here's how it works. For same day service it's $2.50 a pound for a 10 pound minimum. For next day service, it's $1.50 a pound for a 10 pound minimum. For that price, they will do your laundry for you, as well as fold it. That way, you can simply drop off your laundry and go on with your day, returning to pick it up when it's ready. Goose Down comforters can take hours to dry, so for me, the cost of that convenience was worth every penny. I chose next day service, so I paid a total of $15. The only thing I would do differently next time around is ask for them to continue to dry the comforter for an extra 10 minutes past the time when they think it's dry. Goose down comforters are tricky. Even when they feel dry to the touch, it takes a little longer for all of the goose down on the inside to dry. Mine was nicely wrapped in a plastic bag when I picked it up. When I took it out, it was still a bit damp. So I had to put it in my own dryer for about 10 minutes and let it continue air drying in my living room for a bit. I don't doubt that it felt completely dry to the employees caring for it though. Kevin is the employee who helped answer all of my questions over the phone, including suggesting I choose the next day option to save a little money. He was also the employee present when I dropped off and picked up my goose down comforter. He provided excellent customer service. If my washer/dryer ever broke, Laundry Haus is where I would go in the interim. Laundry Haus is by far the nicest and cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. I like that during the daytime there is an attendant present. Although you are responsible for your own laundry if you don't choose the Wash& Fold service, I feel like this is the kind of place that I could run into and start a load of laundry, come back when the cycle is ready to finish, and my laundry would still be there. If you choose to stay, there are a couple of nice seating areas available. Highly Recommended!!! read more

I am extremely sad to be writing this because up until today I loved this place. Just drop off laundry and pick it up super clean and well folded. I went to drop off laundry before work this morning and nobody was there but a note will be in at 10am so it was 9:55 I left the bag in there nice laundry bag by the office and called and left a message on there machine to please call me and after 30 minutes I called back and texted a young woman answered at 11:30 and I explained and was scolded for not waiting and told most people come back and I said I was sorry I had to get to work and she would not do the laundry and I asked to get a call from a manager and was yelled at to get the laundry and never come back. I was shocked and drove in a snowstorm to get my stuff and now not only will I never be back I definitely can not recommend it anymore. read more

My first time visiting this location was this last Sunday. I liked it SO much that I returned on Tuesday with my comforters. Sunday was a "trial run". I'm not a sucker for change or trying new places out, but since we just relocated and our washer/dryer are not able to be delivered just yet, I made a visit to the Laundry Haus based on location AND their reviews. (Which were great, by the way!) Sunday it was a bit busier than what I'm comfortable with, but Tuesday late morning was a breath of fresh air! There was hardly anyone there, and I did not feel rushed to hurry (I did not feel that way on Sunday, to be clear). With that being said, I decided to return this afternoon to take care of a load of darks while my 4th grader was in school. I really enjoy going there. It's super convenient AND I love that it takes my debit card!! It's GENIUS! Much better than running all over town to get $10-$20 in quarters! Love this location, and Im grateful that the laundry attendant is super cool and helpful too! She's a very kind person and I appreciate that! read more

Very clean! Plenty of seating. Good size for a laundry place b $1 for detergent (Tip: the "All" one has detergent and a dryer sheet for $1). Only accepts coins, though there is a change machine right next to it if you wanna swap a $1 bill. $2.50 for small load (25 minutes) - which accepts cards $1 for a 24 minute dry - which accepts cards Free WiFi. Male and Female bathroom (1 each). Only downside - I checked in and I can't get my $5 free loyalty card. That was a bummer. The new lady you have working in the morning is the rudest person I have every seen she almost knocked me down while I was taking my laundry out of the machines because she was to busy yelling at a customer because the customer did not understand how the machine worked . Btw that is your job isn't it to explain and help the customers i've seen many attendants come and go and this one is by far the worst rude and disrespectful. As a heavy work traveler there are times when doing laundry on the road is a necessity. The Laundry Haus is one of the best, if not THE best On the west coast that I've ever been too. Everything was top notch, new washing machines and dryers that were very efficient. I had two full loads and was in/out of there in less than 45minutes. Another great laundromat! They have the biggest washing machine that can fit 11.5 loads for $15. I could fit all our comforters, blankets, and more into 1 machine, and washing them all only takes ~45 minutes! The place is clean, bright, and full of friendly people. Great location; near grocery store, food places, hair salon, and coffee shops if you don't want to wait inside. One more good point is lots of parking space! read more

Love their dryers. Have been going there for many years. Today I got some change and needed to wash the clothes I was wearing and had a bunch of laundry. I live really close so I was walking back to my apartment to change clothes and grab my laundry basket and go back. The guy working there came out and said ma'am don't use their change machine again. I told him I'm just going to get my clothes. He said he's heard that before and got rude with me. So after all of these years of going there. I will not be back. Being accused rude to with a bunch of attitude. That's not how you treat your customers. read more

This place is amazing! My dryer is currently out of commission, so I hopped on yelp to find a laundromat and found this gem. And I am sooo glad I did! I they have several different size washer options which is awesome, because I brought my king size mattress pad, as well as bedding and it all fit in the Express 90 washer. Well worth the price. $15 The big machine didn't work right today so I called the number on the sign and the manager came out within an hour to give me a full refund as well as a $40 gift card for future use! I am road tripping and needed to do some laundry while traveling through town. This laundromat is great. I came at 10am on a weekday, 3 other people were there. It is easy to find, well lit, super clean and offers ample parking in a lot. All machines including vending machines with laundry detergent and other needs take cards, so cash/coins needed. There is free and good wifi, seats and counters where I did some work while I waited, though many ppl seemed to leave their laundry and leave for a bit, which I liked as it made me feel safe and that the place is trusted. Also, it is next door to a dry cleaners, so you could kill 2 birds with one stone if you needed. All in all a great experience as far as laundromats go! read more

Excellent place. This was my first time. - They are so popular & busy, you need to make an appointment. + Place is incredibly cleaned! + They asked me what products to use to do the laundry. I have never seen that before. That's amazing! + Done quick. My laundry was done in slightly more than 2 hours + They messaged me when it was done! + It cost ~$12. It cost ~$20 in Las Vegas (in a laundry place far from the strip) + Friendly and awesome folks PS: I came at 8am, and waited to make sure they have my clothes and everything was in order. I was in Boise for 3 weeks on business and needed to find a good laundry place. Tried out Boise Express based on reviews I saw and I'm so glad I did! The place was clean, and they have free wifi. Had planned on doing my laundry myself but saw they had wash and fold service, so that's what I did. Laura was wonderful and so friendly. They give you choices on your detergent and softener, and Laura even asked if I wanted anything hung up. They send you a text when your order is ready to be picked up. Each time I went I chose next day service, but it was ready same day after a few hours. Prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend Boise Express to everyone! read more

The place is clean and has a child play area and a TV. A few of the machines are a bit 'cantankerous' but the courteous laundromat attendant (Libby) was quick to help and issue a credit on a laundry card in an amount over and above my loss. read more

This is probably the cleanest and highest tech laundromat of ever been in and I've been in several. There's free Wi-Fi too, so that's pretty cool. The restrooms are clean and spacious. All of the washing and drying equipment looks brand new. Nice corner location with plenty of windows so it's pretty relaxing to wait for your laundry to finish. read more
