Granted, maybe I'm here on a bad day, maybe it's not normally like this, and it does appear that staff are currently up to their eyeballs in commercial washing/drying. That being said, every single washing machine is caked with spilled detergent, the sinks and floors are filthy as well. The machines and detergent dispensers should be clean of other peoples detergent and sanitation cycles should be run after every load. Where is the store pride?... Quite a bummer.

As soon as hubby & I went in the door & saw how nice, clean & new things looked, my immediate thought was "Oops, I'll bet we're gonna need more quarters!", but the prices were very competitive. In addition to that, they had a sweet & very helpful employee there to help us old folks and to make sure things ran smoothly. This was one of those Time Machine "flash forward experiences".
