I can't say enough good things about this company. In February, I took the MOST FUN trip to a taping of 3 shows for Wheel of Fortune = what a total BLAST! Soooo much fun from front to back; it was exhilarating (saw a MN guy win $90K in 2 hours!) Made me want to take ALL the game show trips! I signed up for the AGT auditions in Pasadena for 3/26 and was all set to go with hubby. We got an email maybe a week ago Friday that it all got cancelled, but we could switch to the other date for it, which was today. Bc of work situations, I could go, but hubby could not, so I replied such to the email, and it was all arranged WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING TO CALL THE OFFICE, and the full refund for hubby was instantly given. So hassle free, wow! Today I left home 1.5 hrs before my bus pickup time...but due to traffic, GPS kept ADDING 5-minute chunks onto my trip, and by the Temecula traffic bog, I could see I'd be at least 25 min late = not acceptable! So I rang the 800# CXL line, since I had taken the $15 CXL fee option. I explained my situation to Corbett, who said he'd let the bus driver know, so they wouldn't have to wait, but he didn't know/wasn't sure about my cancellation refund. However, by the time I got home, the full refund was already processed and they sent an email, so again , I didn't even NEED to call the office: it was all just handled. Wow! Even though I was VERY VERY disappointed to miss this day I'd been dreaming about...I trust that I'll get another chance, when it's meant to be. In the meantime, I've got my eye on a few other trips, which I'll happily sign up for without a moment's hesitation. VERY impressive customer service!!! This was my first time on a quad/ATV and my boyfriend has been riding dirt bikes since he was like 6yrs old. I love being outdoors & going on new adventures, and he loves riding ... so the mixture of those things i came upon this place. For birthdays I love and prefer creating memories instead of giving materialistic gifts. Example: For his 28th birthday I booked us a little personal speed boat in San Diego. Upon arrival check-in was easy, quick, and they gave us hand sanitizer so we felt assured. They had helmets and other PPE lined up and available for us to use, however we had brought our own (riding gloves, riding jerseys, riding DOT certified helmets, and googles) which they allow. Our guide Jorge was funny and very easy going. The ride overall was really fun!! During our ride our guide also took pictures of us and he took some awesome ones with amazing backdrops! The only complaint I have was that I only booked us the 1 hour ride. Next time we are doing the 2 hour ride for sure! And maybe the Big Bear location as well.

The class was held at her home, which made for a very comfortable and welcoming classroom environment. She also had a great amount of personal learning materials and examples that really helped bring the information to life. I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. She clearly has built a strong following over the years, and after attending the class it's easy to see why. She's friendly, helpful, and a true wealth of information. We booked Hot Tub Cruisin as a Bachelorette activity this past weekend and had a great time! When we first arrived, most of us needed to use the restroom (since there isn't one on the boat), and the girl working at check-in seemed a bit annoyed by that. However, once we got on the boat, she was totally fine and helpful. A few things to note: someone in your group does have to drive the boat, so plan ahead for that. You can bring your own 21+ drinks as long as they're not in glass containers, and you'll need to bring your own ice. Once you're out on the water, it's pretty lively with lots of other boats and people. We played our own music and just hung out--it was a really fun, chill experience. The two hours definitely go by fast, so keep an eye on the time. They're strict about going over, even by a minute, so we set a timer and started heading back 30 minutes before our end time. I'm not sure it's exactly like riding a bike--but Karen made me feel completely at ease from the start. Kiwi, my horse, was incredibly patient and gentle with me. After some quick research on Yelp, we made our reservations (VERY easy to do) and met everyone on said Saturday at the Black Swan dock. (side note - they want you there 20 minutes early...this does NOT mean you can check in 20 minutes early...chances are very high that the person checking you in is your gondolier, and he/she will be on the water at that moment). We had Conner (VERY traditional Italian name....cough) - and he was awesome. He shared some great details as we made our way along the shoreline, including some of the local nicknames for the houses on the water. He was VERY knowledgeable about when the lake was created, the various depths, and gave us tips on when to avoid being on the water (July 4th was high on that). We brought along our own drinks and snacks, and thoroughly enjoyed our ride. Highly recommended!
