This was my first experience with Ray and it exceed my expectations! We used his company for a very large party to travel from San Diego to Ensenada for our wedding. Our pick ups were complicated and had several times and days people wanted to come down or leave. Ray and his team communicated clearly and picked up all our groups with no issues. We met up with our tour guide Effrain at cafe near the pedestrian border crossing and he drove us to several wineries, a cheese shop, a restaurant for lunch, and even to a special cafe where they offer fresh columbian coffee and housemade churros. This past weekend was probably my fifth trip with Ray or one of his drivers since 2017. In fact, this year I contacted him the day before myself and 3 girlfriends wanted to go tasting for my birthday weekend and he was so accommodating! Ray took us to the winery I requested and a new boutique winery where I was surprised with a delicious barrel tasting, thanks to Rays thoughtfulness. He really tries to provide a unique experience based on individual preferences and is very flexible if requests change. I am very comfortable with travel in Baja California, however I do not speak Spanish and Ray is fluent. I love that Ray handles all the pre-planning and arrangements with ordering and settling bills, so we do not have to worry about anything during the tour. Bonus, he makes sure your party is well fed and has plenty of water in the sprinter, which is immaculate. I love that I can always count on him for a memorable, fun and safe time. Ray is conscientious and very patient with people who have been "tasting" all day long. I do not have one negative comment to make. I have referred plenty of friends and family to Ray with zero complaints.  I look forward to many more trips with Ray or any of his drivers. read more

Ray is amazing!! He really knows his wineries and food. This was my 3rd trip with him in the last 5 years and can't wait to go again. We are already planning another trip in June. He took us to some really amazing places that I know we wouldn't find on our own. Each trip has been this way and he knows all the new places. You can tell he really works with the wineries because he knows everyone there and they were all very welcoming of him and his guests. He speaks perfect English and Spanish. We had an awesome time with Baja Wine and Dine Tours this past weekend. We had a custom trip planned to celebrate a birthday in Valle. Everything from the start ran smoothly. Ray, the owner, was so easy to work with and made everything so wonderful. He was in contact with us throughout the weekend making sure we were having a great time. They were able to pick us up in Downtown San Diego and get us across the border quickly so we could start our wine tasting adventure! We booked for Friday-Sunday, so had 3 different drivers throughout the weekend- shout out to John, Efrain and Angel! They took us to the wineries we had picked out, to our lunches and dinners, hotels, etc. and patiently waited while we had a great weekend of excellent food and wine! John drove us for our rides into Rosarito and out from San Diego. He was great! Super kind and helpful. We really appreciated having him. The service was WONDERFUL! I went April 3, 2021. The owner (Ray) was very thorough with his instructions he was willing to answer any questions we had. I forgot our driver's name but he was super chill. They brought us champagne to drink while we were in the van. Then they allowed us to stop at a liquor store to buy a bottle of tequila. We were able to customize our wine tour by going to Puerto Nuevo for lobster. Everyone destination was delicious friendly and we had great service. Most importantly our driver made us feel comfortable and safe. I will recommend this tour guide to anybody experiencing Mexico for the first time. Do not worry about the language barrier your driver speaks perfect English and most of the menus are in English as well! The ride was very comfortable and Ray was super accommodating to any stops we wanted to make and helped out in any ways that he could. Rey and his team made the difference for our first trip to the Guadalupe Valley from San Diego for a food and wine tour! The itinerary was creative and flexible. The vehicle and drivers were first class. Easy communication also!! On the way down, lunch at Los Portales was amazing. On touring day we loved starting with the cheese shop. Lunch at La Robleza was amazing although due to cool weather we didn't get to sit under oak trees. Our wineries: Clos De Tres Cantos, Adobe Guadalupe and Magoni were the best. By far the best tour I've been on! Booking was easy. I was able to easily communicate with Ray via email or phone throughout the booking process, which helped incredibly! Ray was available for any and all of my questions which helped me be more at ease. I celebrated my birthday In Valle de Guadalupe a couple of weekends ago. Ray and Willy are THE BEST! I was referred by a friend who has used them in the past. She raved about his and the staff, so I HAD to see if they were available--and they were! I booked them 3 weeks prior to my visit. I recommend early reservations. I had a group of 4 for 2 days. Prices were very affordable and appropriate for our tours and transportation for both days. The first day, Willy picked us up and popped the champagne to welcome us. He was so friendly and full of positive energy. The 2nd day we had Willy and Ray tour us around. We saw hidden gems that I don't think we would have otherwise known about....Lomita---lily pad pond---GORGEOUS! Ray even helped us with dinner reservation. Prior to the weekend. The price of the tour included the tasting, transportation, and meals. They equip the tour vehicle with plenty of bottled water, champagne, and (of course) wine.
