From our very first meeting, John took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns, and shape them into a "do-able" project. He also was prepared to give us a ballpark estimate of how much our work would run, which was extremely helpful in managing our expectations. We have completed the planning phase, and are ready to dive into the project in a few weeks. Despite the fact that I have been working out of town for much of the past year, the staff has never missed a beat, providing me with numerous e-mails, texts, and Hangouts to ensure I was a part of the planning process and constantly kept part of the proc. There was never a time when I felt "out of the loop", even though we worked long distance for much of the time. A renovation project of this size can be intimidating. No missing spots, no drips, no runs, furniture removed and replaced. Mike and his team did quite a bit of work in the bathrooms.
